Location/clean facilities.
Late checking was only possible with extra fee (after 21.00) and the breakfast was very simple (self-service, no fresh baked goods or sandwich, but only pre-packaged sweets/croissonts were available).

Great location - Beautiful Chiaia Street, Gran Caffe Gambrinus. The new metro station Ciaia. We came from Capri and it was convenient that this guest house is within walking distance of the port of Beverello. Everything was clean. Dining room with coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, etc. was available 24 h. Elevator. Very kind hostess.

Great location - Beautiful Chiaia Street, Gran Caffe Gambrinus. The new metro station Ciaia. The location was perfect. We were in the heart of Naples and were able to easily access a plethora of dining options and shops. Getting a taxi cab was easy as we were so close to the main streets. The balcony was small and not something we opted to stand out on, but it was a great viewing experience. Noise from vehicles and people was not an issue at all. Chiaia was clean and well taken care of. It was great to have water and juices available in the kitchenette in the main dining area of Chiaia. Francesca was amazing! After a lengthy flight delay, Francesca met us at the main street and escorted us onto the property, and made sure we were settled for the night. She was easily reachable and gave us great insight and tips while staying in Naples. If you're looking for a great centralized location to stay, this is a great place! Would highly recommend.
