A nice appartment in a good location, very close to restaurants, bars, a metro station and a bus stop. The arrangemet with a parking in the neighbourhood was also highly appreciated.
All was good. The only bemol was the noisy neighbours from the aprtment next door. The people were coming back home very late. Shutting doors and talking/shouting loudly in the middle of the night. Not sure if those were also tourists or permanent inhabitants.

The property was in a lovely building. It was very clean. It suited all our needs. Bathroom lovely shower plenty of force n its spray. Kitchen had all utensils. Sofa bed was also in this area. 1 bedroom large. The whole apartment had air conditioning. Great location to explore Naples.

1) The owner does not communicate in English at all
2) The owner is not present in location or never visits it. he sends an agent who does not even understand english. so, this is a huge problem for any tourist that doesnt know Italian.
3) The bathroom fixture was faulty and we were unable to take a proper shower for the entire stay. in addition, the bathroom was clogged. it was not repaired until the day we left.
4) the owner insists on making cash payments, which is a huge inconvenience. all other properties I booked through booking.com automatically charged my credit card which is most convenient.
in summary, this is a over priced apartment with not enough value for money.

The apartment is located in an impressive, stately historic building in the Napoli marina area, bay of Naples. It has been renovated with high-quality building materials, in combination with the original beautiful marble floors. Everything you need for your stay and for cooking is provided, there's even a new washing maschine. The owner provided a bottle of red wine too for his guests. Perfect communication with the owner, also during the stay you will receive a quick answer by message, so no worries here.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious with extremely high ceilings and clean, with a good location right around the corner from the marina. It takes around half an hour of walking to reach the main Naples square and pedestrian zones. The metro station is a minute away.

Property was very clean and comfortable. They have thought of all the little things which you may need. Wifi was good. Neighbourhood was very nice and close to the seaside. It was very good for walks in the evenings. Communication was great with the required information about parking. They had negotiated a discounted price for parking in a place a few minutes from the house.
The only thing is access to the centre which a bit of walking. But there are a few buses operating near the house and also a taxi station just round the corner. It is not really a problem

Stayed here for 6 nights Our hosts were very friendly and helpful at all stages of our booking Accomodation, was very spacious. WiFI excellent. Kitchen well equipped apart from a few essentials which I have told the host, would be useful. The accomodation was in an excellent position in Mergellina, close to buses and the excellent train/metro network. It was surprisingly quiet at night.
We had a few problems gaining access as the porter was away for lunch and the main door to the complex was locked. However Francisco managed to let us in .
