Staff were so helpful and welcoming and accommodating. Breakfasts were fresh and cheerfully served. The location is a big plus as the accommodation is so close to the metro. There is a terrific pizzeria across from the site, so getting a hot meal was really easy.
Directions from the metro were not clear enough. We went the wrong direction for about 10 minutes. We found out that guests should come out of the left side of the metro exit and then go left. They should not go behind the station but continue straight on the pavement to Mario Pagano street. We did not like that the streets are rather trashy, there is lots of graffiti everywhere.

Everything about this BnB was brilliant! The location was perfect, lots of bars, restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes walk, and walkable to the main city centre attractions. The room was spacious and clean and the staff went above and beyond! They were all on hand to give us pointers, things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was incredible! Fresh pastries and a wide variety every morning. We felt as though we could treat the communal area like home, there was tea and coffee, snacks and we were welcome to bring take out back with us. A lovely garden to sit out on too. The perfect stay in Naples, thank you!!

Breakfast was fantastic and the help of Anastasia was great to organise walks around the city. The room was large and clean and well furnished. The courtyard was lovely and there is good kitchen space where you can relax and play games if you don't want to be cooped up in your room. we loved the location. The rione Sanit was a lot of fun, full of local shops, a small market and nice, unpretentious restaurants. Separate from the more touristy side of town and without grand monuments, it felt like a great place to stay.
The toilet was a bit smelly. Must be an issue with the drains, so I guess it is difficult to fix. Fortunately the room was large enough and the toilet is separate so it really wasn't too bad.

Second time at this B&B. Still this is one of our favorite places in Italy. Anastasia was as always helpul and so nice. If you are going to Naples you should choose this place.
This time we had a car with us and the recommended parking lot by Anastasia, was nearby and everything was ok.

this is the place to go to when you have a WE in Naples. the girls at the reception (especially Anastasia are just great - including super tips for eating out or planning your stay) room is tastefully decorated, breakfast is very good (with great coffee obviously :-) and the garden feels even better than on the pitcures.

Breakfast was great and we were constantly asked if we'd like anything specific (only thing we could muster was bananas - next day, there they were). The room was big and comfortable and the garden was an oasis. The staff were incredible - warm, friendly and super helpful. Gave us tips, communicated on WhatsApp and in person from booking to getting us a cab back to the airport. It's simple to get an AliBus to Centrale Station and a couple of stops on the really useful local Metro but going home we just wanted a little more ease and the spend longer locally before going home. The location is perfect if you're happy to be in busy Rione Sanita. Having visited all parts of this great city I think we got it spot on. Close to train, busy and vibrant but when back at Borgo Vergini it was like you were miles away from the hustle and bustle. Everything you read that's positive about this B&B is true. It truly is amongst the best trips and places to stay I've ever enjoyed. Thanks as much as anything as the all female staff who make sure your visit to Naples is perfection from the moment you book. One last point about how safe the area feels - at no single point did I have any fears whatsoever - I am from London and street wise so that may have helped but we had not one single even remotely concerning moment in a 5 day stay.
If you wanted to push me - a more powerful shower - but that's the best I can manage - perfection on every level!

Stylish decor, relaxing garden courtyard away from the chaos. The kitchen / dining area was really useful for preparing snacks for our children. Friendly staff always willing to help. Great location.

Clean and modern bedrooms with excellent en suite bathrooms. Public areas comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast and the honesty system for beer and wine was much appreciated and very affordable. Very close to the National Archeological Museum which is unmissable. Close to metro station and plenty of restaurant options. We enjoyed the courtyard vibe and meeting and chatting with other travellers. We booked their airport transfer which was reliable and a fair price. (15)Could have been hard to find the place without this, although I guess taxis would also know how to get there.
We booked a family room but found the single bed very narrow. Fine for a child but not great for an adult. Our room faced the street which was very noisy so if we booked again we would specify a room facing into the courtyard.

Borgo Vergini was a hidden gem. The staff were super friendly and offered great assistance during our stay. They were very knowledgeable on the area and the best ways to get about and view the many attractions in and around Napoli.
