Located in the Spanish Quarter, this B&B gives guests a real taste of Old Naples, with abundant street life and lots of atmosphere. Inside, a staircase leads to a spacious garden and a large, pleasant common room where breakfast is served (the most generous breakfast of our whole two-week trip), and throughout the day guests are welcome to relax and enjoy snacks. The owners/staff are friendly and welcoming, glad to make suggestions and answer questions. Our family of five really enjoyed having this extra space for taking breaks from sightseeing. Bonus: Across the street from the B&B is a wonderful pizzeria, where the pies are baked to order in a clay oven. Delicioso!!!

Anastasia is wonderful!! She helped us plan our daily itinerary. Very easy to get around walking or with public transportation. I would definitely stay here again. All the staff were great!

What a fantastic oasis in the middle of the city. Perfect for couples or families traveling with children. A Lovely breakfast is provided. We went to a fantastic fish restaurant nearby called Osteria Gentile. Close to museums as well.
There were a few mosquitoes in the garden area which was fantastic and quiet to hang out in.

The hostess was very friendly and helpfull. The room (overlooking the garden) was very quiet and nice, everything was perfectly clean. Nice security system.
The neighborhood is a little bit caotic with a lot of trash along the streets nearby (as many parts of Naples), but we felt safe. Conveniently close to train station and Metro, and a short taxi drive fom the airport. The breakfast was nice, but less cakes and more healthy foods would be preferred. All in all a very nice experience, not much to complain about. Conclusion: The stay made us feel part of the authentic Naples, for good and for worse.

The staff is very helpful, and the vibe of the place is adorable: shared hostel with garden meets private hotel rooms... Having access to a kitchen with water and coffee 24 hours a garden space was lovely !... We got a chance to meet and interact with other guests which was a lovely bonus of being at this B& B... Both Anastasia and Nadia were fantastic and did help with the bags when we got there... They even offered to mail a charger that I'd left in the room (thank you !)...
The neighborhood is a little rougher than we'd expected... the building is also going through renovations and so there was a lot of dust and garbage on the ground floor of the building... the B&B is actually on the 1st floor and our room was on the 2nd floor so too many stairs for older family members and children to climb especially with bags... While previous reviews mentioned large rooms, we got the smallest room that we'd had on this entire trip...

We loved our stay and hope to return. The staff was above and beyond warm: they initiated whatsapp correspondence before our arrival making our arrival so smooth and easy. Lisa greeted us and made us feel so welcome and at home. She was so friendly and available throughout our stay, we will forever appreciate her kindness. The place is adorable and convenient in a great neighborhood. We highly recommend it.

Gorgeous, clean room, great AC, awesome access to kitchen; excellent breakfast
In historic Naples, can walk to the museum with Pompeii relics and other cool places
Naples was a bit shocking due to it’s trash issue; no reflection on the property
Lastly, there isn’t an elevator to help get luggage up to the second floor; not a big deal if you don’t have heavy bags

Great location and super comfortable space. The breakfast was good, too, but the absolute highlight was the amazing service from Anastasia. She made our stay so easy - going out of her way to help us explore Napoli for our brief stay. I would 100% stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 4. Amazing value.

The property was really good, It was clean and the staff was really amazing. They had some pastries and coffee waiting for us at the arrival and we could had them on the afternoon as well. We really enjoyed the B&B. Awesome breakfast.
The location although very central is in very ugly neighborhood. It was pretty safe to walk around but streets were dirty. They are very close to the metro and you can do anything from there.

Disappointing
The city of Napoli for us was a city completely unsafe. The pictures of the terase was done years ago this is not looking like the pictures. For taxi transfer to airport cost advised was 20-30 eur we paid 49 eur with their subcontractor that was booked. Also room splitting was not done properly and we had to change room due to smell and it was too tiny for 2 adults and 1 child.
