Wonderful
The owner was very sweet and helpful. They offer water and breakfast and she answered whenever i needed help! The location was super nice, my friend and i are two girls and we felt safe and there’s nightlife right outside your door
Our only downside was not being able to figure out how to open the big front door, the key was hard for us but we managed to get in and out every time and it was fine, just maybe ask for help to figure it out lol

Best place to stay in Naples!
The location is perfect, we were very close to the center in a safe neighbourhood. The rooms are big and very clean. The breakfast is also good and there is coffee and food to take throughout the whole day.
The room and generally the hotel looks beautiful and very modern.
The host was really helpful, friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions for places to visit.
We will definitely be back next year or sooner! :)

Beautiful location the block is filled with great things. Best focaccia is Nextdoor plenty of cute bars & vintage shopping & spa on the block. I absolutely loved the location

Choice of food for self serve breakfast..excellent !
bathroom on mezzanine with steel staircase and no hand rail ⚠️pericoloso!
Key for door was difficult ..sometimes it worked and sometimes not ..took a long time .

The suites are great and new. Location is great and close to many places. Easy to go by and it's centric.
I did not appreciate being 'demanded' to give the money in cash when I just arrived. The used manners were extremely unprofessional. A better way to ask for something like this would be to alert guests in advance and have the invoice ready for them (I never saw a physical invoice). Also, in the middle of the stay (in concrete: saturday at 8am), they asked me to change rooms because 'You were upgraded and you need to change because there is a reservation coming in'. Ok, I'm sorry, but 1) did not ask for any upgrade nor I was informed I was upgraded, and 2) you don't ask (read demand very unprofessionally and shouting on the phone) in the middle of the stay to change rooms. With appropriate information in advance and kind manners everyone understands any situation, but it is extremely unpleasant to be shouted in the phone at 8am on a saturday morning for any changes in your reservation.

Nicely designed room and perfectly located to provide an authentic vibe of the city.
The room was very dirty and we were told that the cleaning help would be coming the next day, so we had to clean the room ourselves to be able to sleep in it. We also asked for an alternative to cash payment which created a never-ending saga of its own. Breakfast's just few stuff in plastic packaging, nothing fresh.

Comfy bed, extremely spacious and easy to access the building
Wifi was fairly weak so I had to rely on mobile data, the bathroom being upstairs was a bit odd but it added a nice touch none the less

The location is perfect , it is right in the middle of nice area Chiaia.
And where Chiaia is full of luxury shops, and small local shops, if you like shopping, surely should book around this area.
the host is not present , but very quick reply/answer every time we need ay help.
breakfast was the best ! which they give you a voucher that you go next door in a cafe for the breakfast , staffs in that cafe are very nice.
room was clean and they make the bed every day we go out of the room.
the hotel room didn't really come out as the photo we saw and expected.
the room is quite dark and there is no view we thought there was a balcony that with a street view at least.
The hanger is quite dusty I needed to clean it before use.
the toilet and the shower are the least I like.
The shower is quite hard to adjust the temperature which stays so hot every time.
and it doesn't look that clean to me.
There is no fridge in the room which under the hot weather you cannot have any water in the room.
