Super close to the airport. Space outside the sleeping area to eat. It was quiet and easy to fall asleep. Felt safe and secure.
1) Bathrooms - most toilet stalls were broken. Sink area #1 complete disrepair. Dark.
2) I was told the morning staff would wake us up (knock on door at 3am). That never happened. Luckily I had also set my alarm. When we left, employee was disengaged, focused on his phone. Good thing we didn’t count on his wake up support.

I found myself in need of a bed before an early morning flight so this was a perfect location.
There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have tissues in the room.

The facility is basic. However value for mony is good. they have a little snack bar which is nice. it is directly in the airport 3 minutes walk-from terminal perfect for early morning flight.
There are only stairs - people are coming with heavy sudcases....
There is no blanket.
I suspect the bed linen ere not changed.

Location.
No blanket. Only a sheet and cover sheet. Toilet paper in community bathrooms was few or none. No hand soap in community bathrooms. AC/Heating auto controlled by system. 16-23c Celsius. Quite chilly for only cover sheet on bed. You can do better for the price you are charging. The receptionist at check-in does not speak very clearly and is hard to understand ?

This is my second time. The first time everything was new and clean but the situation has dramatically degenerated. Dirty and stinky and full of broken stuff. Way too below the standards of decency

Located 5 min walk from airport entrance/bus stop, and very easy to locate/check into. Pleasantly surprised by room sizes, with normally claustrophobic members of our party finding them ok. Clean, and not to stuffy.
Bathrooms were clean, but corridor connecting the 2 bathroom blocks together had construction equipment which was odd, but likely to be a 1 time thing. All in all - fine for 1 night.

Nothing. I would not recommend. If you are in Napoli, and have an early flight, just stay a night longer at your whereabouts and take a taxi to the airport. This hostel is too noisy, too dirty, too sketchy.
I got robbed, and I'm 99 percent sure it was the reception guy. He saw me leaving with my washing thing (I went just for a teeth brushing) so came back really quick. I couldn't open the door for a quite a period of time and when finally I heard a noise in the next capsule, the door opened. I smell smoke odor, more like from a person, not somebody smoking. I didn't realized I got robbed until I wanted to pay for a coffee at the airport. My 60 euros from the inside pocket were missing. My used tickets were there, but not the money
