clean , good matress , good location, decent wifi, room cleaned daily
1) No small refrigerator in the room , 2) no towel hangers in the bathroom (only one and not well positioned ) there should two by the shower plus one by the sink (after washing -showering we were obligated to drape the wet towels wherever we could all over the room) 3) no plastic or paper cups in the room or a hot water kettle to be able to make some tea or coffee , 4) only one mirror in the room and it's over the bathroom sink (chest and up ) . 5) entrance to the room was with the use of normal metal keys , which can be easily duplicated for someone to enter the rooms and steal .

Big room with even a kitchenette.
What in the shower was always freezing cold or scalding hot.
No actual rides to/from the airport were provided.
Staff is usually not even there, although responsive via WhatsApp.

I’ve been here for 6 nights with my family. The staff, especially Angela, was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and tidy, and the location is great, close to the bus and train station.
The fridge wasn’t good enough; it had water leaking. Additionally, the pillows were not comfortable.

location was really good, owner was very responsive to messages, room clean and really comfy beds. nice tv & good aircon.
i thought charging an extra 20eur for arriving at 9PM (after 8PM) doesn't make sense, especially, cause there's a keypad so there's no need to have a reception to enter. (it's 30euros if after 11PM). unfortunately, this to me is negative. when you pay for the room, you pay to check in after 14:00 and checkout at 10:00... there was no need for additional fees. when we checked out, we were asked to leave the keys on the reception desk cause nobody was going to be there at 10:00 (which is fine, but how is this Ok then?). I hope you will remove this charge for your future patrons.
also, you could use their coffee making facilities, etc. but you need to pay for everything.
although the apartment seems 'new' there are already things that are broken (toilet seat, toilet paper holder).
