The breakfast at the sweet local shop was lovely! The people were welcoming and took great care of us. If you’re looking for an affordable “home base” in a great location to engage the culture, this place is charming. We loved Napoli and we will be back!
The building is in some disrepair but was safe and the beds comfy, great shower, solid home base.

The apartment is near the port and was clean. The host was nice and room alhas all the basic necessities
There was breakfast included with room. But for the price I paid, there was only coffee and croissant served and it was not even in the hotel. We have to walk around 200 meters for this breakfast

There was nothing worth appreciating at this property.
The property was dirty overall. The rooms were not cleaned. We had to use one towel for 3 days. The washroom had no toilet paper, when asked we were given one roll for 3 days. The floor in the washroom was filthy dirty. The toilet flush was super loud. The beds were uncomfortable. The air condition was not working as required. The refrigerator was unplugged for some reason. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The owner was very nice and useful. The breakfast was tasty, and the room was spacious. The price was affordable, and there is a great pizzeria nearby.
Not enough appliances (towels were extra, and no appliances in the building (microwave, kettle, coffe pot, etc.) It was just the basics. The elevator is quite small and neighborhood didn't always feel super safe.

Location
There was lots of mould in the room and there was stains on the pillowcases clearly the bedding hadn’t been changed since the last person. The lift didn’t work at the property and had to carry all suitcases up two flights of stairs. tried charging us €60 to park inside the property but I parked out the front for free.

Amazing! Very friendly staff who checked us in. The room was beautiful, overlooking a main part of Naples, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Not too far from the beach. Felt very secure and safe once you were inside.
A little bit difficult to find at first, Naples isn’t the safest part of Italy and we did feel slightly vulnerable in the area as three young girls. Nothing to do with the hotel which was of high standard.

Location was good as it was in a decent/beautiful neighbourhood. To reach the place it was perfect as it is a few minutes walk from the Metro station (3-5 minutes). Communication was great as Paolo got in touch and informed about how it would work for the check in.
The room itself was really great. Clean and tidy with everything as it was mentioned in the description. Airconditioning was great, water supply, bed, fridge etc etc all was good. Its quite close to the sea so the walk is great from there. Also it is quite close to apparently one of the best restaurants in the area.
Only thing that wasn't the best was that it got a little noisy outside. But that isn't the B&B's doing obviously, that's the downside of a place located at a Piazza. Also, one tiny thing was that the window door couldn't shut completely which just left room for light to pass through so it wasn't completely dark. at night.
