When we requested to stay at the parthenope suites we were told by booking.com to wait for a confirmation email. We never received such an email so in the absence of a confirmation email we booked at another location and ended up with the people at parthenope telling us that we were going to be billed even though we were never confirmed. I expect a refund of what we prepaid at parthenope

Our flight was delayed to 0130 arrival, yet Gianluca was there to meet us at the door and show us to our room. He had a cornetti, fruit, and caffè ready in the morning. He provided great advice on transportation. The room had a queen bed and queen sofa bed, great bathroom, and view. This is a block off Piazza Vanvitelli with access to two funiculars and metro. I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

Everything. The location was perfect, close to bars, shops and restaurants, the metro and funicular. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped, fabulous bathroom with large shower and sink, heated towel rail and plenty of hanging space.
The biggest asset however is the owner and host Gianluca. What can we say? The most kind, welcoming and friendly man one could hope to meet, who also makes the best cappuccino and espresso in Napoli. Staying here was like staying with family. We loved it and look forward to returning next year.

Great location and really nice air conditioned rooms. Our host Gianluca was wonderful, spoke great English and was very friendly and helpful, advising us on places to eat, things to do and helping us arrange taxis etc. Highly recommended!

This is a bed and breakfast place — not entirely clear from the description. For me, this was a pleasant surprise. Gianluca (host) was so friendly and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the fresh, varied pastries. Vermero is a pleasant, quieter neighbourhood, and the metro and funicular are quite close to the property.

Perfectly located in the heart of Vomero, the Parthenope was excellent in every way. The room was exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Gianluca is a fantastic host - friendly and helpful he helped us with recommendations for attractions and restaurants, even organising a new suitcase for us when ours broke. He also provides an excellent breakfast every day.
