We booked last minute and me messaged to see if er can have an early check in since we were traveling from overseas. They responded early in the morning and were able to accommodate us and check us in early at 11 am. Claudia was communicative and explained all the accommodations. Since we were tired we rested our first day and went out at night. The location is very central and for a Saturday night it was pretty lively. Even with how lively the neighborhood was, the rooms seemed to block out all the noise and it was quiet. There seemed to be a slight noise around 9 each night that sounded like a hammer nailing in nails to a wall, but it didn’t last all night. We got great rest. The first night our WiFi didn’t work and we didn’t get much service in the room without it. We contacted them through what’s app and they were very responsive and tried to help any way they could. They did mention it was probably from my phone that it wasn’t working, but I knew that wasn’t the case. We dealt with it for that first night but immediately in the morning he reset the WiFi and then our WiFi was back up and running. The quick response and the attempt to help is all we could have asked for. Great location, great staff and quick replies that they are ready to help. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
Only thing I could say is that the WiFi didn’t work the first night but it was resolved.

Good and not so good. We had a bit of a problem, but it was resolved in the end. Three months before arriving I booked the suite which is big, it has a table and chairs and 2 balconies with quite nice views out the windows. I was looking forward to being extra comfortable for my 6 night stay. When I arrived he wanted to give me a small room with a view of a wall. He had already given my suite to a group of three. I wonder why he did not contact me to let me know and offer me the opportunity to cancel. In the end I got to stay in the room that I had booked but he was quite annoyed and it was not pleasant. It is not okay to switch guests, without letting them know, to a room that they did not book, so that you can accommodate different sized groups.
The suite is nice because you can really spread out in it. The comfortable table is ideal for doing work or eating and the balconies are delightful with blooming flowers. I really recommend the suite, just double check with the hotel before you arrive.
Due to this lovely room and the awesomeness of Naples, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the city.
As much as I loved the room, I would not stay here again due to the many cameras everywhere and the unwelcoming attitude.

Location in Centrico Historico was perfect. Room was a perfect size.
I was very happy and had no issues. Everything was perfect. A quick mention for Armando the driver who was an absolute gentleman and so helpful in collecting and dropping me to the airport.

good location in heart of Old Town, you can found everything you need in surroundings. A lot food, street food, Michelin Pizza for only 6Eur, Aperol. At kitchen you can take juice and sweets for free. Comfortable room with fridge.
If you do not have exact time of arrival, better to avoid this place. otherwise host will blow your mind with messages regarding your estimated arrival time. We have no any exact plans, it was our first trip to Amalfi coast, and we have no idea how much time we spend in any location we planned to visit. Host always asked as when we plan to arrive to arrange workers. But you have noted the time in your advertisement from - till, and we count with this. Finally we run from ferry with luggage, because afraid of missing exact final arrival time.

Other than a great old very well maintained building and wonderful facilities overall, the best part of booking the place was Fulvio, the most marvelous host we had in our whole trip through Europe. He has a lot of useful information and recommendations, helps accommodating requests and keeps in constant communication.
Our room didn't have a lot of natural light, but it was ample, clean and well equiped.

Property is placed right in the heart of the city. Most of the tourist attractions are in walkable distance. It is also very close to sorbillo (a pizza heaven). The Guest host Fulvio was very very helpful. He was following up to check if we settled down well. He also sent us a list of attractions way before which saved us some time in doing the research
You cannot reduce the AC below 23c and since the room is like 20 feet tall 23 took a lot of time for the room to be in a perfect condition to sleep. I went on a day which was 30c outside so AC was a necessity.

Its not about the property but the area is not clean and looks dangerous but we havent got in a trouble at all, anyway I would recommend this b&b good valeu for money.
