Really nice staff, helpful, kind, easy. Room is spacious and we had a small inner cort balcony. Breakfast is good. Location is near old center and port (also to alibus).

It was very well located. Walked everywhere. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly
The elevator was weird. You had to pay 20 euros. They would give you the coins but if you made a mistake when choosing your floor you have to pay again for an extra floor. First time i encounter that

Very central and easy to reach location. Walking distance to both the Spanish and Historical district. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Very nice breakfast buffet in comparison to Italian standard. Can highly recommend this stay when exploring the center of Napoli. If longer travel planned the Metro is basically two steps away from the entrance and the ferries to the islands short walk into the harbor.

A lovely B&B, with really helpful and friendly staff, always ready to help and who shared great tips to make the most of the city too.
The B&B is conveniently located, close to the city centre and the harbour, and offers good breakfast and spacious rooms.
It needs some little TLC here and there and dietary options (or a list of ingredients) would be helpful to have for all guests. Having said that, I had a good stay at Medinaples and would surely recommend it as a nice base for a few days in town.

Thank you very much Mr. Simone, he was very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, it is also a historical building. The prices are reasonable and you can see the Naples museum by walking in a central location. And the drinks at the reception are very cheap☺️
