Wonderful
Location was great - quiet and in lovely Chiaia area with not too far from Metro line and buses. Nice restaurants nearby. Super comfy bed. The room is quite functional but everything is clean and works. Breakfasts are not amazing but good and plentiful. Value for money was great.
The lift to the top is not for the faint hearted - light doesn't work either so it's not the best, but we were happy to take the stairs instead when not carrying luggage.

The owner and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Really felt at home and comfortable. They gave us breakfast despite waking up very late due to Jetlag and were very kind to us, so helpful with many things.
There is 140 steps to the fourth floor, so be mindful of that.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very friendly. The location was great as well, only a short walk to the beach promenade. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming too.
It smelled of cigarettes and dog sometimes and we noticed that there was a lot of dog hair all around our room. It is a pet friendly establishment but it should be made sure that the rooms are properly cleaned. So, be cautious if you have any allergies to pet hair.

Location was good, lovely big room and bathroom with balcony. Kitchenette was done well and made to look like a wardrobe which was a great idea and worked.
Angelo the owner was extremely helpful and a great host.
For us the bed was a bit firm but that's a personal quirk. Strange outdoor lifts that seem common in Napoli

My father and I had a lovely stay at LunaCaprese, the staff made us feel just like at home <3, the location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is just amazing, and the coffee is great ! Mind you, I’m from CostaRica and we’re picky with our coffee, lol. I highly recommend LunaCaprese if you’ll be visiting Napoli, great people, great service, great WiFi and most importantly very safe neighborhood.

Great location and fantastic hosts. One block away from the beautiful shoreline where you can walk along with the locals. Definitely would stay again.
The facility is on an upper floor in a large building and access is via a small busy street, so it may be intimidating at first. Elevator is a bit old (and in the dark we had trouble finding it as it is a small gray box on the side of the central courtyard); some of the units in the building are not well maintained on the outside, but it is not a problem: once inside Luna Caprese it is like being in another place. Always felt very safe in the neighborhood and building.

Everything was perfect! A place with character & charm, very nice & helpful owner with tips & attention to detail! Tasty breakfast, great location next to ferries, busses & walk distance to good food places. We even got an unexpected free upgrade & 2 separate rooms, as we booked one room with 2 separate beds & it was taken. Great solution me & mom were very happy with! I will come back for sure!
