I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I can strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and fast, which made a great first impression.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well managed. Housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job.
The location is also a big advantage — convenient, easy to reach, and close to everything important. It made exploring the city very simple.
What really made the difference, though, was the hospitality. The staff truly care about guests and it shows in every detail.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Very Good
Location was great for our over night needs. Easy check in and check out. Brand new upgrade bathrooms. Even though it’s off the main road it’s set back enough to where it’s really quiet.
Pictures did not match the room we were given but it was still a nice place to stay.

Everything was good. The host was especially very friendly and caring. She met all our requests and was kind. The location was good because the beaches are close by. The metro station is quite close too. No complaints about the neighborhood. The private bathroom was a big plus and it looked brand new. The room was nice with AC as well. We got a lot of tips about the area from the host.

The place is very clean and comfortable, there are several places nearby (restaurants and groceries), plus two train stations. Franco and his daughter are very friendly, always ready to help and give advice to enjoy Naples and its surroundings. They were very kind and allowed one of us to stay a bit longer and keep their backpack since she had a late flight. Breakfast is given at a bakery nearby, you have the choice of a pastry and coffee. It is a bit far from the historical center, but the train lines are convenient and it is close to the Pozzuoli port if you want to travel to the islands by ferry. Thank you!
