Outstanding hospitality in the heart of the historic city center. Steps from amazing food and museums. Everything we wanted to do in town was walkable - including to the funicular to Volermo. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We loved our view. The large shutters/doors over the windows blocked light and sound for a great nights sleep.

Located in the heart of spaccanapoli and next to famous food shops, La Galleria is decorated with good taste and very interesting art work.
A typical Napolitan downtown building houses this beautiful bed and breakfast.
Teresa, Gaia and all the staff are very kind and helpful.
We will definitely recommend!
We had a little trouble arriving with the taxi due to traffic and pedestrians.
I would recommend they could give directions for the "fastes" or easiest way to arrive to the taxi stop in Via Mezzocannone.

La Galleria is a quaint and charming B&B which feels like a home - not a hotel. This makes it much more pleasant. It is spacious and is furnished with many characterful objects and decor and the old building is beautiful on the interior.
The large living room where breakfast (included in the price) offers all day water and refreshments.
Giada, who welcomed us, is very kind, extremely knowledgeable about Naples, and speaks superb English. She recommended some really good local restaurants which were vegetarian friendly. We recommend La Galleria!
Too many motorbikes who ride even in pedestrian areas and seem intent on killing you - and make awful petrol fumes!

Location
The stairs and the doors, had to go thru 2 or 3 doors to get out and open them with keys. Was not always easy. The elevator was great.
The toilet was not easy to flush and you had to step up into the shower and carefully get out as the floor could be slippery. Should have grab bars.

Location was perfect! All staff very friendly.
Everything was excellent, everyone was super nice, the only thing for us is that although they do have elevator, still you have to carry bags a couple of stairs because the elevator is in the middle of the floors. But still its a plus to stay in an authentic place, all buildings around where palaces, you have palazzo venecia in front, etc etc

The staff takes care of you at all times.
You really feel like they do it from the heart and not just as a job.
Location in the middle of the old city and within walking distance of every point of interest.
Reasonable breakfast +, and they even took care of my wife regarding "gluten-free"
Very spacious room, cleaned every day, towels changed as often as you want.
Keep in mind that it's not a hotel, but everything else makes up for it in a big way.
Help booking tours or airport transfers
The place is soundproofed, even though you are located on a main square you will not hear anything.
There is no sign and it is very difficult to find the entrance, even though you are standing a meter away.

The room, the view and hospitality of everyone involved.
Only thing I can think of is the breakfast was unsatisfactory for bed and breakfast.
