Wonderful
The owner, Giuseppe, was absolutely marvelous—very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is truly the best you could ask for in Napoli, close to everything yet peaceful. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. It is highly recommended, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Napoli.

It's absolutely one of the best apartments we ever stayed in our 25 years of traveling. Giuseppe welcomed us as if we are his family. He even showed us how to use the coffee machine (little details make the difference).Plenty of amenities. The room is elegantly decorated with antiques, paintings, and even a Steinway piano. The view of piazza Dante from the balcony is wonderful!
Wish we could stay longer! There is nothing we didn't like, but just to note-there are two flights of steps to the apartment, and not to worry, Sam will help you carrying your luggage up and down.

This place exceeded my expectations!
The location was excellent in a beautiful square between the historical centre and the main high street toledo
The room was beautiful, in an authentic historical building. The room was very traditional and elegant, with a working full piano, traditional furniture, and beautiful paintings. The view of the square from the balcony was outstanding.
Comfy large bed and good bathroom.
We went during a very busy time, and despite that, the noise was not loud at all, neither for us nor for our 2 year old boy.
The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating to all our requests.

Bear in mind you have to pay cash due to logistical reasons, but the owner kindly reminded us in advance to ensure we had it.

The breakfast was delicious, and the young lady from Morocco was so very nice!
We loved being able to walk through the neighboring streets filled with so many fascinating people. Shops, and delicious food!

The staff was fantastic, so friendly and helpful! They gave us good tips for our stay and even offered us a room upgrade.
We also loved the location, very central and well connected via metro and train. Despite this, it was very quiet in the room.
If I had to find something, I’d say the pillows were too flat, but we didn’t ask for different ones.

The warm and welcoming nature of Giuseppe and his staff. They were supportive and helpful and made our visit and holiday special. We look forward to returning as the location is a perfect jump off point for the region and the activities in the piazza were endless.

This accommodation set in what had been the family stamp-makers business just oozes historical interest. The room was excellent with a balcony overlooking Piazza Dante. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy with antique furniture and well-chosen artwork in the room.
There was even a book edited by the host, Giuseppe, on the table which had been written about the history of the family and the family business. I would loved to have read or bought a copy of the book but my Italian is sadly lacking!
Giuseppe was so accommodating and welcoming, especially when I had a late plane arrival and departure. I was invited down for breakfast and was made to feel welcome and valued. Giuseppe offered very useful information about how to get to and from the airport and had his staff meet me when I arrived late and also accommodated my bag when I had a late departure.
Full marks and Giuseppe and the staff for an excellent stay and for making this solo traveller feel welcome!

Incredibly nice staff and owner. Giuseppe makes you feel special.
The interior is truly pretty, just like in the pictures. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy more of the bistrot. Also, excellent Italian breakfast.
Believe it or not, there is even a book (in Italian) about the history of this place.
Be mindful that your room might share a small entrance hall with another room. So keep your door closed/locked. This is not a negative aspect though!

Breakfast was poor and it was not possible to have it outside. The place is very nice, but it would need investments, especially to justify the price.
