Exactly as described. Clean, spacious, good air con, nice to be able to open the balcony doors, very well located for walking to various parts of the city, handy for shops and restaurants (for good local beer, look out for NaBeer!), hot drinks, water and biscuits freely available.
The property was accessed under the portico of the Galleria Umberto.

The host was amazing. Very welcoming. Naples like any big city has some unsafe areas but the Spanish Quarter where this apartment is located feels very safe. The bed was comfortable. An array of teas and coffees to choose from. I would stay again. Forza Napoli Sempre

Great location but the bed is as hard as a rock!! Amenities very good. Pleasant staff.
The bed!!! VERY hard....& you need 20c to operate lift to go down with bags (sometimes). Not obvious to non Italians! Reception by appointment & organised through whatsapp( without preknowledge) not Bookings.com which would be better, safer &
