The place is in a great location, beautiful and clean, and the host and her husband are very respectful and friendly.
There was a misunderstanding—I am not sure if it was intentional or not. I knew that check-in was at 12:30, but I sent a special request asking for an early arrival and early check-in. The response we received was to come at 10:00 a.m. We arrived on time, but the host actually meant only to allow us to leave our luggage, not to check in. However, this was not clearly explained in our correspondence. This is the only negative point.

The location is absolutely perfect, very convenient just right by the main street (Via dei Tribulali). The B&B Dei Decumani was an absolute great discovery. When we're back in Naples, we will return. The attention by Marco was excellent, the check-in and check-out arrangements were really smooth, and he helped us with local recommendations. Don't worry about breakfast, the coffee around the corner is excellent too!
Everything was great, really. The only issue with the shower (the floor would get wet quite easily) was solved within less than 24h.

Brilliant location. In the old town
The name is deceiving for a UK resident. There is no breakfast (which suited me so not a dislike as such) however, there are plenty of places very nearby

Great location. Loved the lift up to the first floor. David’s was lovely and provided great tips getting around Naples. Place was clean and lovely. We had a balcony to watch the world of Naples.

The owners were very nice, gave us a ton of tips about interesting places around the city, were available for whatsapp communication. The place is directly in the city center, but the room was quiet during the night. Very easy to get around from the hotel, we went everywhere by foot. The AC worked perfectly and we also got room cleaning during our stay.
The room did not have a functional window, so it was a bit difficult to air out. Also, the bed was a bit too small for two people in our opinion, next time we would definitely get a different type of room.

They had a good hair dryer and the location
The location is very good but the service was very average/bad, we had to wait to check in because we had to make an appointment in advance. The attention was not the best, and the bathroom was dirty. The atmosphere in general was a little dusty because my partner and I ended up with allergies.

Perfect location in old city center (without noise at night), very clean & great host.
The only slightly negative thing I could think of, was a little lack of daylight in our room (but it were also exceptional dark days during our stay in Naples)

Good central location right near some busy streets but didn’t hear any noise at night. Very clean and comfortable stay for a few nights. Good aircon as well for the heat.
Room didn’t have a window with light coming through - maybe this just wasn’t explained enough in the description for an economy room.

The location was central which was nice
The building was very worn out and dirty. There was no natural light in the room, the window opened up into a dark air shaft with a stench. The commode would take forever to flush, the wallpaper was peeling off, and things were held together with masking tape.

Good location and clean room! Great communication with staff.
The bathroom needs fixing! The toilet hardly flushes, the shower doesn’t drain properly and floods the whole bathroom! Door handles come off and parts of the wall around the door came off!

It is in the center of Naples, everything is really close, the room was modern, the bed is really comfortable. The famous pizzerias are in 10 minutes on foot, really good breakfast places in the street and in the neighborhood. The crew was so nice, Davide helped us with restaurants and he was so kind to us.

The first young man who greeted us was friendly and accommodating; the second was distinctly less so. The decor of the room was tasteful, and the room was relatively spacious (high ceilings).
The shower leaked badly and we had to block the shower door with towels, then wring out the towels and start again. The owner was not available, although she responded via SMS, but clearly nobody was overseeing the rooms and once the front door was left open, although there were signs that the unit had been broken into. Generally speaking, there was no clear presence at all. Also the rooml was very noisy and the air conditioner did not work so we had to keep the window open.
