I liked how easy it was to check in once I was in touch with the property manager and how they provided recommendations on places to eat
The shower took awhile to heat up, it was small, the drain was clogged, and the shower head was old, outdated, and clogged as well. Other than the shower, everything else was fine!

Loved the location close to the Centro Storico and right by the Piazza Cavour metro. The building was entered by a large wooden coaching door to a central courtyard and had the faded charm of an historical palace. Antonella was lovely as the host - very helpful and friendly - and her breakfast was brilliant value. We found it easy to contact her through WhatsApp because that allowed translation from English to Italian. The rooms were straightforward, and quiet, and good for relaxing after a hard day sightseeing.
Would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room to make tea. The shower was hot, but took a little time to warm up.

Central location in a lively district but still more quiet at night than the city centre, also well connected to the main station. The hotel was well equipped and the staff was flexible with keeping luggage at the hotel on my date of departure.
If you're looking for absolutely no noise from the streets Piazza Cavour might not be for you.

The hotel was exceptional! Great service and staff. However, booking.com made an error ensuring breakfast for a double room. There was no option to choose do we assumed it was included. The host was lovely and tried to help. Booking.com was not clear. This has happened before. It is not fair to the host or the client! Hoping booking.com rectifies this for hosts and clients. Booking.com stated breakfast was included and it was not.

Wonderful
Friendly and helpful lady on reception. I had single room- small but fine for me. Bed very comfortable. Quiet place. Very central- less than 5 minutes on foot to metro station. Neighbourhood lively - lots of places for eating or drinking and easy to get around. Also comfortable for a woman on her own, such as I was. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was our first trip to Naples and found B&B Conte Cavour welcoming and wonderfully clean . A short distance from Naples historic center so we got to wander around close within walking distance . Another huge plus was that we were right across the street from the metro station so getting around Naples was super easy.
Antonella was absolutely the best and she gave us great advice on how to get to Pompei and then the best shopping and eating areas.
Would absolutely stay here again .

Sleeping is very good. Firm mattress, excellent. The room and the bathroom are tidy and clean. Good air condition, effective, silent. Quiet if the balcony door is shut. Location is very good next to Metro station and next to the city center. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast is typical Italian, not more. For the price, this could be improved.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness - all excellent. Lovely interiors. The most wonderful and helpful hostess. As added bonus it was great we could leave out luggage there after check out as our flight left much later.
Highly recommended, we'll be back when next time in Naples! Really good value for the price.
