The location is good, at the limits of historical center, and very close to archaeological museum and metro station.
We booked two rooms, one standard twin and one superior double. The superior double room was large and had a normal size window overlooking an inner yard (which was used as car and bikes parking) and ugly buliding fascades. The standard twin room was small like a prison cell and, instead of window, it had a small skylight high up on the wall, next to the ceiling. There was no reception service. We stayed there four nights and they didn't change our sheets and towels. They didn't replace shampoo, shower gel, and hands soap in the bathrooms unless you asked the cleaning lady. The supposed-to-be breakfast was served in a small coffee shop across the street, and contained only one small brioche, half glass of juice and a cup of coffee.

Loved every minute of our stay. Really appreciated it that we were allowed use to room on last day after check out as we had a late flight.
I little grout retouching around shower would help appearances.

Naples is one of the most fascinating cities in Italy and this B&B exemplifies the colourful, vibrant, and exciting history of the city. As you approach the massive wooden doors at street level a smaller door allows you to enter into another time. A quiet courtyard leads you to this magnificent fully modernized centuries old B&B. The rooms with their authentic fresco ceilings and mosaic tile floors are a sight to behold. The rooms are very quiet and the beds are king size. This B&B is very accessible and we would highly recommend this oasis in the heart of Naples. (Barb and Glenn Bond, Victoria, Canada)

In the heart of the city, yet in a courtyard so you dont hear the noise of the city. Beautiful big room with high painted ceilings. We loved it! Mattia was great and helped with everything. I am coming back!
It would be good to have perhaps two water glasses in the room (for two people staying). The room is a bit dimmed. It would be great to have a breakfast option at the premises.
