Atelier Ins is a super boutique hotel located in the heart of Naples. The local neighbourhood is lively and great fun and only a short walk to all major attractions. Ins was very helpful in confirming our trips and putting us in contact with a local taxi firm who took us around the city and local sites. I would highly recommend Atelier Ins for people looking for a totally unique bolt hole in the city.

Amazing location centrally located to all the best destinations, both cultural and culinary. Ines and her staff are exemplary, without comparison. We got upgraded to a suite upon arrival and lived in paradise during our stay.

Great rooms, huge, lots of storage, all furnishings hand-crafted by artist owner. Spacious patio for each suite, bathroom has two sinks, extra helpful and cheerful staff. Good breakfast includes fresh orange juice and eggs scrambled to order, also fruit salad, prosciutto, salami, and cheese. The property itself (as opposed to the neighborhood) is quiet.
Naples can be challenging, and never more so than in the open air market just off the property. Crowded sidewalks, insane traffic, lots of motorcycles, and, worst of all, unavoidable. The district, Rione Sanit, is noisy, grimy, and said to be the densest residential area in all Italy. On the other hand, the apartment-sized suites with 15 feet ceilings are probably the most distinguished in all Naples.

The only staff member in the establishment was clearly new to the hotel business. For 300+ euros per night you expect well trained staff.

Atelier Ins Arts & Suites is a complete gem. My wife and I are lucky enough to be able to travel a good deal now. We like stylish, design type hotels. Atelier Ins Arts & Suites is one of THE best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is so beautiful: each room has individually designed and hand made items by Ines' husband. Our room was spacious; the bed was enormous and comfortable, and the ensuite was great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious including fresh orange juice and amazing pastries. The location is wonderful: the hotel is in a quiet courtyard, but you step right into the wonderful craziness of Naples. The immediate neighbourhood on the doorstep is full of Naples life; the main sights in the city are within easy walking distance. Most of all, Ines is THE perfect host. She gave us fantastic tips about Naples - where to go and enjoy the city. Her restaurant recommendations were just great. We totally loved our stay in this beautiful hotel.

The space design, art collection and aesthetics were simply gorgeous. Breakfast was sumptuous and plentiful.
Ins is a beautifully charming hostess with exceptional hosting capabilities - attention to detail, caring and very hands on with tips for the non-touristic authentic Napolese experiences. We would love to be back here soon and shall also be recommending it to all our friends!

Original, comfortable oasis in the heart of Naples. Ines is such an amazing host. She had the best recommendations for Naples and Sorrento. We bumped into her family in Capri and she gave us even more good restaurant recommendations for Capri.
