Very nice hotel. Located right in the old town. 15 minutes walking from the airport bus stop. And of course walking distance to everywhere. It was very quiet even though it’s in the old town. Breakfast room was awesome of course.
The whole Napoli downtown is full of graffiti and it looks a little bit scary at first. But we had zero issues, and we felt totally safe. That is the vibe of the city so embrace it! Don’t be afraid.

Inside was amazing. It's a 1700s building retaining many great details.
Ask for a room with 2nd floor, echos less and neat feature.
Really nice staff members, made you feel like family.

A few downsides …. There are no stairs between the second floor and the lobby so if the elevator gets stuck, there’s no way to get up or down. This did happen to us. A huge crowd of people was stranded in the lobby. Also a concern in case of fire. The third morning we were there the breakfast room staff was in an upheaval both at 7 AM when we came down and at 9 AM when our companions came down.

The hotel was really pretty and the staff was so nice. We were only there one night and had to leave early the next morning for a flight. The staff made us up an amazing bag with breakfast items since we were going to miss breakfast. it was so sweet and kind and we appreciated it so much.
The bathroom was really small. But, the room was really pretty and comfortable.

The hotel staff were generally OK, and the room was nice. A bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The highlight of our stay was definitely the dining room and its staff. The person who served us, especially when bringing our cappuccinos, had a wonderful personality, was friendly, and offered great recommendations.
The biggest drawback was the location. Getting to the hotel was challenging, especially with luggage, because of the street layout. However, when it was time to leave, the staff were very helpful and assisted us in getting a cab, which made departure much easier.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good once we got there.
Their recommended parking is impossible to get to unless you have a small car that you don't mind scraping off walls. Pre check-in instructions could have prepared us better for that. And the front desk staff appeared more interested in each other than their guests.

The breakfast room was amazing - like eating in a mini-Sistine Chapel. The building was beautiful and in a perfect location to explore the Centro Storico.
Our only complaint was that the elevator broke down twice while we were there. The staff helped us with the alternate elevator, but it was inconvenient.

We loved the overall uniqueness of the property. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast room was beautiful and it had a certain elegance to it. It was right in the middle of the historic side of town.
We only had an issue with the toilet not working once, but someone came to fix it within a few hours.

Great location in the historic center. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious.
There were not enough towels and the toiletries were dismal. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Beautiful decor. The breakfast was great! Fresh food, fast service , friendly atmosphere.
The front desk staff need some training in hospitality. The room was noisy until midnight due to pedestrian activity on the street. The shower doors don’t have any stability.

Beautiful property. Staff was very accommodating! Especially the couple at the restaurant who helped us wash our baby bottles in preparation for our flight the next morning.
