The staff was really nice.Always helped us for everything.The cleaning was super!The position of the hotel was really good ?. The only disadvantage is that they should put more salty food in the breakfast time!!:)

Was in a good position for me because was near the train station. With the amount of money we paid i think the value was right.
The owner tried two times to take more money. The first one for the city tax. And he told us the breakfast would be gratis at 7 am. Then when we got there he said at 8.
I don't understand why he lied to us for breakfast and 7 euros more. At least he was polite.

Very secure, clean, open 24 hours, comfortable room.
Barman at morning was very polite and helpful.. Central location.
Unfortunately housekeeping very noisy, loud and arrogant. From 8:30 at morning i couldn't sleep anymore. Also they bother me during the breakfast and at 10:27 knocked at door and asked to check out. Also they don't speak English. Felt very disappointed about there attitude.

The room was very clean and modern. Our room was quite big. Staff was friendly, we even got an earlier breakfast. And breakfast was very good for Italian standard.The traffic noise was very low. It was very close to railway station.
The neighborhood was little bit scared. Room insulation wasn't so very good.

There’s no parking - they took us 30€ to stop on the street in front of the building and one drunk guy was sitting on a chair to “take care” of the car - unbelievable..
The kitchen is in front of the rooms, its very loud - you can’t sleep after 6-7am forget about that.
Aand it was dirty.
For 1 night without a car - it’s okay for those money.

Pleasant
The room was clean and the staff was quite friendly. Very italian style breakfast with croissants, marmalade, etc. but they also had some gluten-free/lactose-free cookies.
Well, position wise, it was super convenient. The only issue was that if you turned into some small streets ( which were advised by google, for example) instead of keeping on the main road ( Corso Umberto) then you would find yourself in not so nice situations (honestly quite scary).
So be careful, especially if planning a solo trip and keep your wallets close.
