Pros: Location, cleanliness, good size room, very good breakfast. Livia was a really nice proprietor, very gracious and friendly.
Cons: the room was very cold and there was no blanket on the bed or in the closet. When we arrived I asked Giuseppe if there was anything he could do to warm up the room. He may have been able to turn on the heat remotely because the room warmed up a bit briefly. The bed was very comfortable but there was only a single cover sheet. The heat evidently functioned on a very short timer and we had no way to control it ourselves.The radiator would go on around 7am for 2 hours at most and then be off for the rest of the day. We were told it go on again at 7pm for an hour or two. We were always out and came back later than 9pm and the room was freezing. The radiator was behind long lined drapes and wouldn’t emit any heat into the room at night. We stayed 3 nights and the last night was so cold that we bundled up and wore extra clothes to bed. When we were in the room in the am we could at least open the drapes aside and get some heat.

really nice , clean place in a great location of Napoli. Super friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Simple but practical breakfast included every morning. Easy access via line 1 (less than 3 min walk) and tram to most attractions in Napoli within 15-30 min.

Location was great, close to Vanvitelli and funicolare stations so it was easy to reach the Historic Center. Close to pedestrian streets with lots of shops and restaurants. Bed was comfy.
There was a strong bad smell in the bathroom, but that dissipated after a few hours of running the ventilator. The AC had very little air flow and took hours to cool the room.

The staff is wonderful! The location could not have been better in the wonderful Vomero area and near transit & excellent restaurants. Access to property was a breeze. Very pleased with our stay.
Mini - refrigerator was non functional which was an inconvenience but this would be relatively unimportant to most.

Excellent location, close to a subway station. Charming boutique hotel, very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast has mainly cakes and a tiny range of meats and cheeses. A bigger selection of meat and cheese, maybe some eggs would be better. In the room there was one single tea bag, for UK and Irish tourists more tea would be better. No herbal teas at breakfast.

First and most important thing of this BnB is the staff and the service. From the first minute that we made the reservation they were ready to assist us in everything we needed by sending us messages and the use of WhatsApp was also important. The property has an amazing location next to metro station but most importantly to the funicolare central which is the coolest way to reach the center.
Last but most important is how clean this place is, we had daily housekeeping and everything was SUPER CLEAN. We think the housekeeper’s name was Christina and we would like to thank her so much for it.
A small tip is to have some coins for the elevator as it needs some coins (0.10€ coin) in order to activate but this is not for the whole day and also the reception provided some just in case.
The breakfast is so basic, it is normal as this is not a hotel but again even the coffee needs a better care as we are in Italy and the espresso was worst than bad.
The noise is also another problem, as the door of the suite is not fully closed and the noise from outside the room is annoying (we had the 7.3 room right next to the breakfast/reception area so maybe is was a bit worst than other rooms) furthermore there is noise coming from a device is the bathroom that collect water as we believe that woke us up at night if someone on the suite is the bathroom.
Those are some issues to be pointed but the quality of the staff and the place are easily overcome every problem. If we visit Napoli again we will for sure stay at the same place and we will send all of our friends there too!

Livia was brilliant, made us feel very welcome from the start and was very friendly throughout! She really made our stay at 7th Floor.
Good place to stay, feels quite homely with the layout and the rooms are a good size, clean and nicely decorated.
Great location in a nice area with shops, restaurants etc right outside and a metro station very nearby.
I really liked that we could communicate with the hotel through Whatsapp if needed. We would certainly stay again!

Room was large with a nice view. Vomero is a great place to stay in Naples, you can get the metro from Vanvitelli or the funicular, both will get you into the center fast. Good restaurants are nearby and this area is a bit cleaner and less chaotic than the centre.
Staff are very friendly as almost all Neapolitans seem to be. Breakfast is typical Italian hotel options, with pastries, meat and cheese available.
Only one minor thing to note: during daytime hours (before 7pm) you need 10 cents to use the elevator. Reception were kind enough to give us change, but on your way up you will want to be prepared or else you'll have to carry luggage up the stairs to the 7th floor.
