The place was very clean and the location was perfect, a small walk to the metro.
It is opposite what I could only make out as student accommodation, and the music went on until 4am. It was insanely loud and kept us up.

The staff were really polite , and would do everything to help you
Our stay wasn’t comfortable enough, because there is no room service and we had to go to the lobby for everything, even if we have a question we have to go to the lobby and we are traveling with toddlers so it’s really hard to go to the lobby for everything, even to get a bottle of water.

The room provided a view of the main street; however, the noise level was significant, and the bathroom shower and tub facilities were quite compact.

I liked the location, the stuff, the cleanliness, the breakfast.
I didn't like the room they gave us instead. My son's age was incorrectly listed, so we had to upgrade from a small room to a more comfortable one. The windows looked out onto a blank wall.

Ideally situated for sightseeing- on the Blue Hop on Hop off bus route and Metro. The hotel reception is stunning as you walk in and all staff without exception immediately acknowledged us with a smile and warm welcome. A special mention should go to Michaela and Nathali at breakfast who made us laugh with their sunny manner. Rooms are beautifully maintained.
