We stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a wonderful experience!
We would especially like to praise the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Our room was always spotless, clean, and well-maintained. We were truly impressed by the high standard of cleanliness and the attention to detail.
We would also like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would be happy to stay with them again. Highly recommended!
The only downside is that some services are a little far away, and there are no halal restaurants nearby. However, the hotel itself is wonderful and makes up for that. The location is very convenient, with a tram and bus stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to reach almost anywhere in the city. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.

Staff excellent. Location ok. Our apartment was clean and good facilities. Excellent breakfast.
You had to go across the courtyard from reception, up stairs, across the patio, through the door, down steps , up steps , and along a dark corridor to access accommodation. Fine if you are able but a bit risky for my wife who had a recent knee injury. The staff were able to move us for one of our two nights to a ground floor room in the main hotel. Also the annexe is situated overlooking the Navigli canal , its not that picturesque as all you see are graffiti covered buildings opposite. It's also a little noisy from the traffic rumbling over the cobbled road. Trams are especially noisy.
