I woke up middle of the night Air conditioning in the room is not working; I asked the staff many times to check it out, but it is still not working correctly.

Location is perfect I love the area walking distance to the center with nice shops and restaurants. also how close it is to the station. Rooms are very clean and comfortable
This is the 4th time I stay at tocq - this time the staff service was not up to the usual standards. I arrived at 9 am and had already asked for early checkin - my room wasn't ready before 3. Coffee & sugar with a clean mug were not refilled I had to ask for them everyday. There's no hair conditioner in the shower I had to ask twice before having it sent to my room. Overall I will still stay at Tocq during my next visit but this time I felt it was overpriced for the service I got.

Location is close to garibaldi
Service os very slow, the room key doesnt work every time and they didnt do my request for a king bed, although they said that they did before checking in

The service at Bar was great-
The room was spacious and a lovely shower - quickly hot and large.
Raphael at reception was great -
1)Paying €25 per day to use the gym next door -
2)I opened a packet of cookies - had a few , next day the y charged me ( which is correct) but they took away the ones I had left !?? Surely … once paid they’re mine to eat..!? ??
3)Basin tap plug was damaged and got stuck IN the basin-
Everyday the staff would put it back and I would need to break my nails to dig it out to use the basin-
SURELY they could see it and provide some sort of solution- Small issue but soooo unpleasant. Thanks you !!

If they could consider providing a little more amenities in the bathroom/room eg. toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, drinking glassware for water/coffee/tea, an additional trash bin in the bedroom.

The room was larege and comfortable. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. The best thing about the hotel is the location - cloes to the train station and walkable to so much.
The amenities in the room were seriously lacking. The coffee machine was broken. There are no irons or ironing boards and when you request it, you can only have it for 1 hour which is very strange and low-budget - especially in the fashion capital, The breakfast was very bland.
The worst thing was the noise. You can hear other guests in their rooms. We heard one neighbor vomiting. Another in the throws of passion, and every time someone showered it sounded like there was water running in your room. I was awakened one morning by the housekeepers who I thought were next door. When I went out they were three doors away! It is really unfortunate.

The property is tucked into a business neighborhood within easy walking distance to he Porta giraldi train station.
Lot of good restaurants very close by.
Be aware, this neighborhood comes alive around mid nite with multiple clubs very close by.

Andrea at the front desk, super-hrlpful and great English. Found us a nearby spot for an excellent dinner and also procured pillows that were more comfortable for us. Property is cleaned stylish, very quiet, but conveniently located for Porta Garibaldi train station and local business hub. Easy walk to the airport train.

The hotel is placed in very ideal location which gives the traveller easy access to notable places and general mobility
The bed was combination of single bed and it wasn't convenient,the room make over was not done properly.they didn't change the towels.the room had single bin and very limited stock of complementary tea coffee
