Great location, very friendly and professional staff, always helpful. The breakfast was varied and good, and the bed was comfortable.
The room was quite dark, with very poor lighting and not enough natural or artificial light overall. The bathroom inventory was outdated, the shower was in bad condition with very weak water pressure.

Air conditioning is too loud if you open high.
Very loud at night near the street.
Be aware! They charge for drinks from mini bar. We’ve had total 5-6 drinks for 3 days (coke, orange juices, carrot juices), and it cost more than 120 euros… so ridiculous that a 4 star hotel charge for its mini bar drinks. We stayed at 4 star hotels from Paris, Rome, Florence and Venice, Mini bar drinks are free for all! Avoid this hotel !!!?

The location is perfect, the staff are really friendly/helpful, overall the hotel is nice.
The bathroom needs some maintenance, as there was a hole beneath the shower bracket. Water is leaking in there causing a damp smell.

Excellent central location, just a 10-minute walk from the Duomo. Very clean throughout. Great breakfast selection. All necessary toiletries provided. Pleasant lobby area.
The room was quite spacious, but the furniture felt old and not well maintained. The suite was rather expensive for the standard of the room, which really needs an update.
