The hotel was clean and our room was spacious with good facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast in a lovely restaurant area. Great views over the Piazza and Duomo from some parts of the hotel, which makes it an ideal place from which to explore Milan.
The hotel is situated in part of an old building and access is from street level and into an elevator in order to reach reception on the 3rd floor. From there our room on the 5th floor was via a different elevator and a circuitous route which at first was quite confusing.
The room was over-fragranced and even keeping windows open the smell was overpowering.

You can’t beat the location. We had a very nice room on the 5 th floor overlooking the beautiful Duomo. The view at the terrace where the restaurant is, is amazing.
Staff was super helpful and friendly both at the reception and the restaurant. Grazie mille
There is some work going on in the building. The signs could have been better where to go as it was quite confusing. Also the lights in the bathroom could be better, hard to put make up on.

Central location was fantastic, as were the staff.
The bathroom was disgusting. Heavy mould, dirt, dirt coming up through vents in spa bath. The heavy mould and ground in dirt on walls etc should be fixed as was not the cleaner fault. Could not close balcony doors to keep out noise at night

We had a wonderful stay at The Glamore Milano Duomo. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Milan, and the hotel was very comfortable throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was one of the highlights — great quality, variety, and a lovely way to start the day.
However, what truly made our stay special was the staff. The level of hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care was exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their attention to detail made a real difference. They are without a doubt one of the hotel’s greatest strengths.
A very special thank you to the hotel manager, Mido. He was outstanding throughout our stay — extremely welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. His personal care and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Mido and his team are a true credit to the hotel, and we sincerely thank them for everything.
The hotel currently seems to be going through a transitional phase, and some aspects of the rooms and their facilities could benefit from a few improvements and refinements. With some attention to these details, the overall experience would be even better and more in line with the excellent location and outstanding level of service.
