The location is superb it is one of the best things in the hotel, but the highlight was the staff. They are extremely professional and friendly Mr. James is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met!
There’s nothing to hate about this hotel to be honest. I got more than expected.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and honest.
Special thanks to Mr. James — he was attentive from the moment we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The view of the Duomo was absolutely stunning.
The reception area felt a bit small, and a larger space would improve the experience.

Everything!! the bed, the gigantic bathtub the location!!!! The view of the Duomo!! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay to the ending of our trip throughout Europe!!

IT IS A TRAP DO NOT BOOK THE HOTEL!!
The worst 5 star hotel I have been to in my life, other than the room everything is bad
To get to the hotel, the road was closed we had many luggages. I had to go in and walk around 70 meters from the car to the hotel and get the bell boy.
To get to the room, if you take the stairs it is very bad and worn out as shown in photos. There is a smoking smell in the stairs also there is onions smell in the stairs.
After that I called booking.com to cancel the booking. Although I had a flexible booking option they said that i need to get the properties’ approval but they rejected. They made in mandatory for me to stay at the hotel
But since the reservation was done through booking I changed the duration of my booking to one night so i can stay the night and go out to another hotel the day after.

My recent stay at The Glamore Milano Duomo was nothing short of fantastic. The manager, Mr. Mido Abdelnour, was truly exceptional—attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a flawless experience. Their leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, and they went out of their way to make my stay special. The staff were equally impressive, with their warm smiles and willingness to go above and beyond to meet every need. The excellent location and view from the suite was breathtaking. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The services, from the delicious breakfast to the prompt room service, were top-notch. The hotel's amenities added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. What truly stood out was the incredible team. Their genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend The Glamore Milano Duomo to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable experience.

There were renovation works in and out the hôtel. Access was complicated. No real reception. No lobby. Back door entrance. Very Disappointing for a five star hôtel . Definitely not worth the price

The hotel location is just in heart of Milan , Amazing staff and service. The staff Misla was amazing she upgraded my room to Dumo view and she offered me a complimentary breakfast. Despite the renovation that is happening in the hotel , there is no noise or distractions. From the floor , the security man name Henry was welcoming us with smile and guid us step be step. I felt home in this hotel.

location. friendly and helpful staff
very confusing layout. we had not been informed that the hotel was undergoing work, to access our room we had to walk through the restaurant near its kitchen and past all guests. there was no reception / entrance, we arrived through a back alley and had to get a lift that didn’t seem like a guest lift to check in.
the location was amazing and the food / breakfast / staff very attentive, but would not rate it 5 stars or expect to pay this price for the facilities.
