Comfortable hotel.
The staff at the reception should be more warm and smiley.
Hotel has parking (paid) in a location 200m distance.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices.

The Roof even though we had to sit inside as it was raining. Our room was the right size and comfortable.

Great location easy access to central Milan and close to metro and trams. Room was really large (we had 2 full size beds) and shower/bathroom was huge and luxurious. Staff arranged our transfer to airport. We were only there one night so we didn’t use most of the facilities but great option for Milan.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable upon arrival. We were greeted warmly.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a relaxing and peaceful stay. The breakfast had many selections to choose from and the staff were friendly and attentive.
We made dinner reservations several weeks in advance to dine in their rooftop restaurant . The food was delicious and the views spectacular. This is a must!

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. From the moment we arrived at the front door with our car to our departure early Sunday morning for the airport we only encountered freindly, helpful staff. Special mention to Eugen at the Front desk who helped us with great dinner reservations and other details which made our stay truly enjoyable.
The location of this hotel is wonderful - walking distance to the Duomo.
Absolutely make a reservation at The Rooftop Bar for aperitivo. Such stunning views.
Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of offerings. Special mention to the hostess in the breakfast room with her warm & friendly personality especially early in the morning - you can't teach that.

We love the location. The staff were very helpful. In fact, we received complimentary champagne and fruit, which was very wonderful.
The only problem is the third bed in the room was not comfortable. The mattress is fine, but it has metal forms on the side that hit your legs. Every time you got in and out of bed I would suggest you buy a phone topper for those rollaway beds that elevate The mattress a bit so that nobody’s legs hit those metal side supports.

we loved everything about the hotel...the service was impeccable, the location was ideal...it was clean and modern.
The rooms needed dressers with drawers and more mirrors! There was only one small closet for hanging items...I lived out of my suitcase since there were no drawers for anything! Plus the two big walls in our room...add floor to ceiling mirrors and some hooks. It will make a big difference. It seems the room is set up for business travelers staying for an overnight...not for tourists that spend a week.

A bit small even though it was a superior room, but updated and equipped with all.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious.
Hotel is centrally located, clean and modern.
