Awful awakening on our first morning st 8am, sounded like torrential flooding in the room, can only imagine it was bad plumbing from elsewhere- but very upsetting

Roof top bar is fab breakfast is great. The room is dated and not like the pictures. Bathroom great
Sad looking Balcony not like the pictures room very disappointing. Wouldn’t stay again. Pillows shocking :( and no aircon it’s not allowed in Italy apparently till end of April so the room was very hot seeing it was 24 on the day.

Breakfast was not at the level of other high rated hotels. It was disappointing. The price they charged was a premium price yet some of the amenities were not consistent with the price they charged
