I would say that there was nothing we requested that this hotel did not achieve. From the simple of extra pillows to, asking for English channels numbers (the clerk brought to our room the English channels highlighted on a paper list), extra milk for my tea and the sweet (Filipina) waitress in the restaurant was so accommodating that she deserves a special mention. The breakfast was amazing and the servers always had smiles on their faces. All in all a great experience.
There was nothing that I did not like at this hotel.

Very clean rooms and hotel overall, staff is super friendly, second time coming to this hotel and I would definitely recommend! It’s in a good location, the rooms are nice with the amenities, and the breakfast was good as well.

Hotel's location is great, between 2 metro stations (M1 red line) and close to Suburban Train station (100m). You can also walk from the Central Train station, it doesn't take more than 15 minutes and also you can walk to Duomo, around 20 minutes. Corso Buenos Aires is an avenue full of stores and also the area close to the Hotel is full of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very nice with a large buffet and the staff fast and ready to serve.
What is missing is a protective screen for the window in the room, to keep mosquitos out. This is something that can be improved.

You will find a wide variety for your breakfast, the location is good but that depends on where you wanna be and what kind of transportation you will use. The bed is comfortable.
There was no plug near the bed to charge your phone or other accessories. There was a bad smell coming from the drainage all the time.

They have an excellent breakfast buffet for reasonable and additional price. The front desk and bell staff are extremely hospitable, welcoming and informative. Property is well maintained and appointed.

The staff are friendly. Many thanks to the Italian man and the Chinese lady they are so kind snd supportive. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very friendly. Location is excellent.
The Air conditioner is not good and not cold. Very old. Too much mosquitoes bite us.

It’s in a great location, near many shops and restaurants but on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It started to rain, they provided us all with umbrellas, helped us with luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was so delicious!
