The hotel was in a good location from Milan Stazione, it took us around 20minutes to walk. It was 30minute walk down to the Dourmo. The hotel has a grand entrance, very nice. Our welcome by reception was very warm and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection, very good.
We were upgraded (very gratefully) to a junior suite (702). The room was very big, 2 tvs, walk-in wardrobe!! However the bathroom was very small in comparison and there was a 'droning' noise throughout the night, which I think was coming from the lift?!?

The staff at this hotel, from reception to the bellhop, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Located in the heart of Milan, they provided us with a room that had a terrace, offering unique photo opportunities. As a pleasant surprise after exploring the city for the day, they even offered a turn-down service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely save this property as a favorite when I return to Milan.
