Wonderful
Hotel although close to station had metro and tram access close by so very easy to navigate around Milan. Staff were very friendly. Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. Very impressive green credentials
Only minor issue was that whoever cleaned our room while we stayed there did not do a lot!

Unless you don't have a car then the location is good near the central station
*no coffee machine in the room. For a 4 stars hotel and 200 euro for the night you can improve little bit
Imagin being in Italy and drinking instant coffee !
*the corridor in the 3rd floor smelled bad evry day for three days . There must be alot of solution for this
*very poor breakfast buffet with instant coffee option only and no live station for eggs / waffles/ pancakes .
*very expensive parking fees 45 euro for the night!

The hotel staff at front door front desk are all super helpful and friendly especially the doorman they help to pick up luggage the moment you walk in.
The room is really clean and quite spacey. The location is really convenient nearby Milan Central and Metro Caiazzo 3 min walks.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again it’s just really relaxing and safe.
The guest smoke directly at the front door block the entry

I recently stayed at Starhotels E.c.ho., and I was really pleased with my experience.
The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around the city.
I also loved the design of the room—it was modern, and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was that the room didn’t have carpet, which made it feel cleaner. The room also had a balcony; even though the weather was too cold to use it, I can imagine it being perfect for enjoying a coffee in the evening on warmer days.
The staff were truly kind and helpful.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
The only thing I was not fully satisfied with was the shower. it was designed with dark colors, it didn’t look as clean as I would have expected. Considering how good everything else was, I was hoping this detail would be better as well.
