Just opposite the Train Station
Rooms were clean and well maintained

Location is across the street from Milan central station. Easy to buy train tickets and go anywhere. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with great water pressure. The hotel helped with parking which is great if you drive in with a car. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again

The location near central station is a bit akward with lots of strange people but that isnt a fault of hotel.

Excellent, convenient location - clean, well-appointed rooms - small but well-oriented so it felt spacious and relaxing. We were supposed to have a "view", but it was a view of the train station (I guess that's OK!).
There was young Filipino bellman who assisted with luggage all the way to the train station, which my mother appreciated! Staff kindly assisted with calling taxis for our early morning scheduled activities.
We tried to have lunch at the restaurant by the lobby around 11:30 but were told by a female staff member "What do you want?!" We explained we were hoping to have lunch, and was told "NO NO NO" and were led back to the lobby. We assumed it was because they were not open yet (we later saw a sign that said 12pm), so we waited half an hour in the lobby - only to find out at noon that the restaurant was booked for an event (!). There was no signage to indicate this. We would have appreciated a more polite answer regardless. We ate at the next door sister restaurant instead.

Central location, kind staff, beautiful breakfast, very easy to check in and check out, beautiful lobby.
Hotel room was abnormally hot, we had to sleep with an open window all night still hot. Also, the rooms are a bit rundown require maintenance, and for almost 200 euros a night, it is a bit on the expensive side, given what it offers

Close to Milano Centrale which is very important when you want to go places by train. The staffs were very friendly, and accommodating. Shout out to Maymay for the cute latte arts and to Melissa for being very attentive to our needs . Btw, the best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet. Lot of foods to choose from.

Issue with lights not turning off. Minibar was outrageously expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Bidet was not clean on arrival.

The hotel was in a perfect location next to the train station and metro stops for easy access to the city. The hotel was extremely clean and modern. Our room was spacious. The staff were professional, personable, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with many options and excellent service. We will stay here again when we come back to Milan.
