Close to Milano Centrale which is very important when you want to go places by train. The staffs were very friendly, and accommodating. Shout out to Maymay for the cute latte arts and to Melissa for being very attentive to our needs . Btw, the best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet. Lot of foods to choose from.

Quiet, well equipped room near the train station, good pillows
Issue with lights not turning off. Minibar was outrageously expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Bidet was not clean on arrival.

The hotel was in a perfect location next to the train station and metro stops for easy access to the city. The hotel was extremely clean and modern. Our room was spacious. The staff were professional, personable, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with many options and excellent service. We will stay here again when we come back to Milan.

Nice and spacious room, nice bathroom. Clean inside and outside. Fancy decoration.
Breakfast is very limited. Eggs are cold-both scrambled and boiled eggs. Boiled eggs are overboiled and grey inside. Next time, I will opt out of breakfast.

Extremely helpful staff—when my suitcase lock jammed and I needed bolt cutters to remove it, they provided some within minutes!

Had to move 3 times one night since the door key, ac and beeping noise was in our room. The breakfast is not worth $18 per person.
