We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment, which was comfortable and easily big enough for the 2 of us.
the location was perfect, a 5-10 min walk from St. Mark's Basilica with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. the bathroom was small but clean and in good condition, with a really nice shower. didn't use the kitchen but was clean and looked more than adequate.
We would stay again.
You need to check in at the parent hotel which is 15 mins walk from the railway station, not a problem for us as we arrived by train, but could be a bit of a trek from the airport (i think everywhere is) The apartment is a good 15 min boat ride away from where you check in and the boat stop is back near the station, so you do need to go back on yourselves, but if you're travelling to Venice, you should be prepared for a little walking.

Very nice, clean, new hotel, next to the Milan Central Station. From the hotel to Duomo & City center, a 15-minute walk or a short Tram ride can do the job. Perfect location!

Very disappointing experience.
I requested a steamer by phone and it was delivered to my room without any paperwork to sign and without any explanation of usage conditions or collection policies.
When I returned to my room later that evening, the steamer had been removed. Reception informed me that staff had entered my room and taken it back. No one had informed me that it would be collected after 30 minutes, and no attempt was made to contact me beforehand, despite the hotel having my phone number and email. My “Do Not Disturb” sign was also displayed on the door.
What concerned me most was being told that I had signed a document acknowledging this policy. I never signed any document, and the signature shown to me was not mine.
Entering a guest’s room without notice for a non-emergency matter and then claiming a guest signed a document they never signed is completely unacceptable.
This experience left me questioning both the hotel's respect for guest privacy and its professionalis

Very central to the station - an easy walk with loads of luggage .
Corridors are a little dark . Had to catch metro to get into historic centre .
