Staff helpful. Food variety & standard was excellent.
Being over 70 yo I found it difficult to get into & out of bath for showering. A grab rail to hang on to as you get in would be useful.

The hotel is very well situated - close to a metro station - 12 minutes to the Piazza del Duomo.
The fitness room was a bonus.
The staff at reception are kind and friendly.
There are available carparking facilities but they are expensive.
For a 4 star hotel the establishment is 'tired'.
The quality at breakfast is not 4 star and the personal were not particularly welcoming.

Not close to the city center but very close to metro. The staff was helpful. Overall hotel was clean.
Breakfast was ok but many things were finishing quickly and not refilled on time, it could improve.

Spacious triple room, comfy beds, very close to a metro station.
The hotel is a bit dated, but it doesn't reduce the comfort.

Well kept hotel, very clean, we felt like we were in a scene from the Great Gatsby. The room & bed were perfect, breakfast was a pleasant surprise so much quality food to choose from, & the staff were pleasant & helpful. We’ll be back in a week.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived quite early, but they kindly checked us in right away since our room was already ready. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy more time exploring the city.

Hotel location is very advantageous to reach to Metro station 150 mt far away from. You can reach within the 14 min. to Doumo center, for airport it takes 35 min. Hotel room was very big and clean. The hotel personels were very warm blooded and helpfull evertime.
