Location is very good, exactly infront of the central station and the metro ? close enough to other attractions.. bathrooms r big and clean ?

Good experience Great location, great facilities! We had a good time in the hotel, very close to the Central Terminal, the area is not very safe in the night, but we didn’t have any problem and we went to eat every night and get back between 10:00pm - 11:00pm.
I lost my pajamas in the room, I realized that same day we did check out so, I returned the same day to ask for it, the guy in the desk told me they need to check with the service and asked me my contact information and they never wrote me, neither to say they didn’t find it, I think an email just saying the clothes are not there would be nice.

The room was really nice, and the location fantastic, super close to centrale station which can take you anywhere. Bed was confortable, shower and bathroom in general was big and clean, which is really good.

Very modern and clean. Great breakfast and the staff were very helpful. 3 minute walk to Milan train station and the metro is right outside the front door. Great restaurants within a short walk.

Good location for train travel
No amenities, mattress cheap (too soft and no support), ac out of order and 26° in room. No complementary water, only one key for two guests (asked for second and they said they were low on inventory). Other than that, I’m not sure how they got 4-star rating.

The location is perfect near the central station and very clean. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, shoutout to Leo and the girl that was working before Leo’s shift.
The room was bit too small and the pillow wasn’t that comfortable.

Proximity to Milano Centrale
AC in room was set to 18, high fan and could not be changed. When I changed it, it would reset back a short time later.
Breakfast starting at 7 make catching a train shortly after 7 a challenge.

The location is excelllent if you want to be near the train station.
Hotel is rated a 4 star but it felt more like an upgraded Motel 6. Breakfast overpriced for what it is, better off getting a coffee and pastry somewhere else. Staff was ok. Last day checking out the guy was excellent sadly I did not get his name. The smell in the bathroom is horrid, masked by the smell of vinegar on check in date but the longer the stay the sewage smell got worse.
