Very Good
I chose this hotel for its amazing proximity to Milan Central station (where I was both arriving and departing within 24 hours). It's very easy to get there (ie. no complicated directions). And despite the proximity to the station, it's very quiet and safe.
I arrived early and was able to get my room early, which was a godsend given I had travelled 30 hours to get there!!
My room had been upgraded (from a double to a triple I think). It was large, decorated with a modern aesthetic, beautifully new/modern bathroom, good storage, quiet, comfortable bed.
I didn't use the facilities or have breakfast there but they are available.
Staff were warm and friendly.
The location is great if you have transport connections. But it is a metro ride to get to attractions (Duomo, historic centre, shops etc). That said, the metro is tap on/off and very easy to navigate.
Nothing - this property was perfect for my needs.

Convenient location, friendly front desk staff.
Can’t turn off AC. No kettle in the room. Blanket has lumps. Very uncomfortable bed. After taking a shower I stepped out to a puddle of water. The doors from other rooms closed very loudly and I can hear it every time. Doors are very close together.

Great breakfast and very kind staff. Good air conditioning and we were able to open the windows.
The shower stall and doorframe looked worn/rusted from moisture.

Friendly staff, relatively new and contemporary style, and convenient location.
The room was small with very limited space for three people. The shower door was poorly installed and always leaked water. The bathroom lacked towel hooks. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom, and we had to always go there to throw trash. The room was too hot and dry, even with the heater turned off. The room lacked adequate soundproofing, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. The hotel should not be rated four stars.

The hotel is the ideal train station spot. Comfortable, well designed, across the street from Milano-Centrale. The breakfast is great and the rooms were well designed. If you want a no regrets spot by the airport, this is a sure bet.

Wonderful
Lovely modern hotel near Milan’s Central train station. Easy check-in and, although we stayed only one night, the room was spacious and very comfortable with all the modern amenities. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise.
The area around the train station can feel a bit dodgy at night and one needs to be careful but the hotel itself felt safe and comfortable.

Proximity to Milano Centrale
AC in room was set to 18, high fan and could not be changed. When I changed it, it would reset back a short time later.
Breakfast starting at 7 make catching a train shortly after 7 a challenge.

Location is perfect, 2 mins walk from central station and 1 min from metro. V stylish design, v clean and you feel like you’re in a luxurious hotel.
Nothing I would change tbh, staff very helpful and all spoke good English. Helped with route planning to both San siro and airport with positive happy attitudes

The hotel was exceptionally neat and clean. The room, bathroom, elevators, and lobby were all spotless and very well maintained. The overall ambiance was modern, pleasant, and aromatic, making the stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
I also really appreciated the complimentary baggage storage provided after check-out, which was extremely convenient.
The in-room safe locker was not functioning.

Located a few minutes walk in front of Milano Centrale, the hotel allowed me to store my luggage ahead of check in and provided me with a free upgrade after a long day, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and most helpful, the room was clean, the bed was most comfortable and had extra pillows. Best sleep in days.
