Great location, clean modern hotel with very helpful staff who provided a free room upgrade on arrival. Room was spacious and would certainly use again.
Hotel close to restaurants and central rail station for easy navigation to City centre and attractions.

Very near Milano Centrale, there's restaurant veside and also a minimart, convenient to go around city. Staff is kind to give us free upgrade for honeymoon!

Good experience Great location, great facilities! We had a good time in the hotel, very close to the Central Terminal, the area is not very safe in the night, but we didn’t have any problem and we went to eat every night and get back between 10:00pm - 11:00pm.
I lost my pajamas in the room, I realized that same day we did check out so, I returned the same day to ask for it, the guy in the desk told me they need to check with the service and asked me my contact information and they never wrote me, neither to say they didn’t find it, I think an email just saying the clothes are not there would be nice.
