Locations
I was in this property 3 years ago and it was perfect, now it's dirtier and the bathroom in the room is dirty, the doors are damaged and couldn't even be closed, there's a noticeable deterioration of the property.

The staff was helpful when we had a problem with the shower and moved us to a better room with an improved bath. The breakfast was very good.
The bar drinks were disappointing -the Spritz was not as good as when we stayed last time (2 years ago) but overall we were very happy with our stay

The location is excellent.It's not the first time i stay at this hotel the disappointing thing was the sound of generators we could hear from our rooms we had 3 rooms and in all of them the sound was unbearable all night . The breakfast in fair not a big choice but it's fine.The smell of egg was very strong
The loud noise of generators in the room which make it impossible to open the windows

hotel is very old.. water in bathrooms is leaking . cannot be cleaned well :( reception with all old personnel, who are nice but does not have modern skeels to help you

Location and service of a special dedicated person Eleonora who was extremely cooperative in every possible way - she pleasure to see her every morning on which is supported the family in answering all of our questions - made our stay in Milan memorable- she is genuine and works with passion and dedication. I have never seen any one like her in my life who loves to support and help and crave to make every body happy. She is the reason that made the trip of Milan to our family worth while.

It is located close to the Duomo, and the breakfast was good.
The room is weird, there were noises all the time from other rooms. The room was *not* clean, and the bathroom smelled bad. The "wellness area" looked as if no one has touched it for years. There was no light in the sauna. We were really disappointed, especially because we paid a lot for the hotel.

Fantastic location in central Milan. Kind and welcoming staff.
This was the worst coffee we had in two weeks of hotel stays in Europe. No kettles in rooms either. The breakfast was passing but didn’t match other experiences. For $500+ USD a night, I expect a higher level experience. Metro is easy to use in Milan, next time I would look in other neighborhoods.
