Wonderful
The staff were friendly and amazingly helpful to get us to our flight on time. The shuttle to the airport was completely full and they offered to get us a taxi. However, the driver was able to fit us in - which we were so grateful!
The room was very hot and we couldn't get the temperature any cooler. We opened the windows to cool the place down and ended up getting bitten numerous times by mosquitos. Other than that - the place was great!

Terrible experience – never staying here again!
I stayed at the Hilton garden Inn in Milan Malpensa and was absolutely shocked by how bad the service was. I found an insect on my bed, and when I went to the reception, the staff simply said, “It’s normal to have insects.” That response alone says everything about their attitude toward cleanliness.
There was no housekeeping service available, even when we requested cleaning because of the insects. The receptionist told us the cleaning team was “not available after midnight” and actually suggested that we “just kill them and go to sleep.” Completely unacceptable for a Hilton-branded hotel.
To make things worse, there was no bottled water in the room, and when we asked, the receptionist rudely said it’s “not their duty to provide water.”
This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name — dirty, unprofessional, and totally lacking in basic hospitality. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is around 10 miles away from airport. It has free shuttle service but needs to be scheduled in advance. And it is only available in the morning and in the evening, but not in the afternoon. Need to confirm with hotel before check-in otherwise need to call a taxi to go to the hotel.
The room is big and clean, the faculties are friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel so no need to go outside for food.

Location staying to fly from airport
Charged almost double value on same room, air conditioning was not working no control inside rooms and it was very hot days and no comfort stay at all
Booking two rooms for my kids to fly next day 7 hours was not the right choice

Cleanness, the quite location, friendly staff
The bus is has very limited seats available only 8 passengers and if you don’t book in advance you can not get seat, some time the bus is booked for 2 to 3 trips in advance. This information should be posted during booking and in the hotel

We thououghly enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant: our meal was among the best major-hotel-chain meals we have ever had.
We also appreciated that the rooms were clean with comfortable beds.
The hotel is a notable distance from the airport; moreover, its shuttle service does not run frequently and does not run at all during extended hours: for our flight arrival at 9:00pm, we could only reach the hotel via an expensive taxi ride.
The first room we were checked into had no air conditioning at all; we requested and were moved to an alternate room which we were assured did have air conditioning but in fact did not: the room also had no shampoo or conditioner at all in the bottles affixed to the shower wall.

The beds and the pillows were the most comfortable out of our entire trip. Very comfortable beds!
The dinner staff was not polite, I think they were probably understaffed and overwhelmed, and the food was not very good.
The floors were A bit grimy.
The hotel was just fine. Just not very welcoming.

I accidentally booked a 2-room stay for my family at this location. I was travel around Milan and accidentally booked the wrong Hilton. I called immediately after pressing “complete booking” online and the hotel staff refused to cancel the booking and refund me. So we had to detour our trip so we didn’t waste the money spent. Then, the staff was disinterested and unwelcoming at check-in. As the cherry on top, they charged us 16 euro for our breakfast despite the booking reservation saying breakfast was an additional 12 euro per person. This place is bad and management is clearly unethical. Would avoid!
