Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant stay overall.
Housekeeping service was quite slow during my stay. Although I was out from the morning until late afternoon, my room was not serviced before I returned, which was a little inconvenient.

Location. Room size, wide windows, luminosity of the room, bath & WC. Bed was big and comfortable. Bedsheets were perfect and good quality.
Brekkie was top! Terrace was lovely though it was too hot to stay outside but next time we’ll profit when it’s cooler.
Staff were very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Special mention goes to Marcelo who was very helpful, smiley, polite, patient and very accommodating! Marcelo fits the job he is in! Hope he will stay forever!☺️
Just to mention that the bathtubs must have some security metal handles to hold on when getting in and out of the tub.
Next time we will request for one with shower only.

The location is superb. The room is very clean, spacious and stylish and set up with a nice coffee machine. The bed is very comfortable and the working space is great for a work trip.

I liked the hospitable and accommodating attitude of the reception and all of the staff. I like the location which is close to shopping yet out of the touristic corridors. You can easily walk everywhere. The breakfast restaurant is very nice with an outdoor courtyard area with good WiFi. There are many comfortable niches through out the common areas. The breakfast is varied and very good with attentive wait-staff. The hotel is stylish and feels like an oasis in the midst of Milano. My room was a good size with sparkling clean housekeeping and ample top toiletries. Even the hair dyer is professional, mindful of fashion weeks. The bed and linens very comfy. I was well taken care of.
I think the Senato has everything covered and then some. You can't go wrong.

I very much liked location of the hotel. It is near the metro and also in walking distance from the major attractions. Cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Breakfast service is excellent. And overall, reception staff very helpful and friendly. I know where to stay in Milan next time.
Although breakfast was great with a diverse options an Italian bread basket would have been a great addition.
