the place for a couple is perfect. the room was very clean and big (we ordered a queen suite)
the reception was very helpful the location is perfect...near transportation or a walking distance to the city center
The breakfast didn't have a large selection, so we decided to skip it and eat outside

There was no complementary toothpaste. I was with my wife and there was only one can of complementary still and one can of sparkling water in the room on the day we arrived. Would have been nice to have the option for still or sparkling for both of us i.e two cans if still and two cans of sparkling! None of the water was replaced on the second night! The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. There was a stain on the base of the bed on the side! It’s a moderately expensive hotel and the the room didn’t live up to expectations!

The room was comfortable and quiet. The building was very attractive. The location was excellent, with many resturants around.
The breakfast was not good. The bread was dull, and my omelette was not made properly – it had lumps of egg white in it. The coffee was OK.

Our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring our experience was pleasant from start to finish. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!
There are a couple of areas for improvement. We noticed that one duvet had some hairs, which could be addressed to enhance cleanliness standards. Additionally, having access to Netflix or an alternative streaming service would be a great addition, as all the TV channels were translated into Italian, limiting entertainment options for non-Italian speakers. These small adjustments could further elevate the guest experience.

Well located, modern, nice room, good facilities
Maybe it was just our room but some spots did not seem very clean e.g. Stains on Sofa, a hair here and there. Also although we booked the non-refundable rate, friends of us had a medical urgency and were not able to travel. I would have expected a little more flexibility from the hotel instead of just taking the money and leave it as it was. A voucher, a free breakfast or any kind of courtesy would have been nice.

Breakfast was great and they offered to make me a "to go" bag when I had to leave early the second morning.
The couch in the room had some stains on it.
An additional table in the sitting area would have been nice
