Spacious, good comfortable beds. Nespresso coffee and water in lobby was nice. Good walking distance to train station.
Overall felt a bit tired. The place itself was fairly clean but the furniture and floor carpet looked less so, worn out, some staining etc. Was a bit warm, although temps were high when we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night, we thought the property was well located (within walking distance from Milano Centrale). Very clean, spacious and nice. They had a really nice coffee machine as well as flexible check out, which made our experience significantly better! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. We have stayed here previously and once again everything was great.
The staff are very professional as well as kind and helpful. Our room was ready so they let us check in early which, after 30 hours of travel, was greatly appreciated. It is very handy to the train station yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was lovely. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to others.

Large, clean rooms, good bathroom. Good location for train travelers.
Coffee maker in lobby rather than in room. Somewhat complicated process to access the building after-hours.

Having a very nice lobby, there is a water dispenser and a coffee machine.
The staff is very nice.
The room is very spacious with a big bed and a small kitchen (with fridge and microwave).
The bathroom is also big.
The only downside is that our shower head didn’t work and we told the staff, however they still didn’t fix it

Interior of the property was clean and the room was very nice. Staff person at front desk was very accommodating. Property is outside the ZTL and there is parking on site but you need a pretty small car.
Given that the property is outside the ZTL (which has its positives) there were some negatives. It was walkable to three metro station so you can get to downtown pretty easily. However I did not think the neighborhood was exceptional. A little run down, and there were not that many good places to get some breakfast, and parking outside the place (for check in) was difficult and a bit chaotic.

It was nice having so much space for a family of 4 - we loved the close location to the train station.
It was far from city center but we knew that booking and the subway was easy and convenient.

The location was perfect (super easy to get to from the Centrale station and many metro and tram stops close by). Facilities were spacious for two people and the coffee in the lobby was excellent! People working reception were very helpful!
Facilities and rooms are slightly dated but everything was functional and clean!

Courteous staff at the front desk, extremely clean room and bathroom, and espresso machine in the lobby (as well as instant coffee in the room). The room was very spacious and had an extremely comfortable chair for reading/working (though no desk), as well as chair and a bar for eating. Small kitchen area would be convenient for a longer stay.
I could not figure out how to turn out a light in the kitchen except by removing the room key from the system that controls the room's electricity overall -- so to have a fully dark room at night, I could not power my phone overnight.

Disappointing
Location was great and place was quiet
We booked a two bedroom and did not get that. We got a “larger family room” with one bedroom. It made sleeping and naps for our kids very difficult. Things in the room were broken or did not work (buday, dish washer, only certain pans work on stove top but we had to figure that out on our own)
