Location
Our rooms were booked for 4 guests, for which we paid the final price on Booking.com. Upon arrival at the hotel, they charged us 50 euros for 2 guests on the spot. I wonder why Booking.com listed the final price for 4 guests and why Booking.com didn't mention that we had to pay the additional amount on the spot.

The staff was nice.
The room was dirty, walls and curtains full of dead mosquitos and there were too many mosquitos, it was impossible to sleep normally, also it is near railway that passes every 5 minutes or so.

We had white towels , but that's it.
It was probably the worst hotel in which I was, 7 is way to much, a 5 at is best. The cleaning wasn't there at all, we only stayed for a night,but it was really bad. Everything was old and broken, the only good thing was that we left out luggage for 2 hours at the reception.

24 hr check in was helpful
It was very dirty. Floors looked like they had not been cleaned between visitors. Light in the bathroom did not work and reception were unable to do anything to fix it. It was very noisy. Could hear music most of the night and people coming and going.

Parking if you have a car was easy. I read reviews about safety but the area seems safe to me and we had no issues. I liked that it was still walkable to the attractions but also subway options which we didn't use. Room was also big.

We came by car, so for us, free parking in the hotel's yard was a really good thing. Our apartment was well-equipped, with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. Metro station Cenisio is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Staff were very kind, and the reception works 24 hours.
Due to the abundance of greenery around the hotel, mosquitoes are present outside, and having an open window can be problematic. The hotel is located near the train station Porta Garibaldi, so you will hear the trains coming.

We are very disappointed with our recent stay at your hotel. The conditions were unacceptable. We were bitten by bedbugs and unfortunately brought them home with us, which is a serious health and hygiene issue. On top of that, the shower was leaking and making noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
This was far below the standard any guest should expect, and we feel that your hotel needs to take responsibility for these problems. Once again we are very disappointed.
I think we should receive a refund for this stay.

It was very hot in August - the air conditioner couldn't cope. We opened the windows - a bunch of mosquitoes flew in. You need mosquito nets for the windows.

The location of the residence is excellent, close to everything we needed,
but unfortunately the cleanliness was far below expectations. With more attention to hygiene, this place could truly match its potential.

We had a late flight, so having a 24/7 reception was important to us. Even though we arrived around 1 AM, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly staff member who explained where we could find a supermarket open 24/7 and even offered to order food for us.
The location is good, on walking distance from the centre, we felt safe walking even when we arrived late at night. Some reviews mentioned that it can be noisy because the hotel is next to the railway, we kept the windows closed thanks to the good air conditioning, and we didn’t hear any outside noise.
The room was spacious, not very new but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Good value for the money.

We stay for a night and it was great. The recepcionist was helpful, kind and accommodating. The family room was great for 5 including baby.
The aircondition is not cold. Even if centralize but its hot my kids did not sleep well because of that. I borrow fan but it doesnt help. In this hot weather they need to improve the Aircondition..

The room is spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom is large and clean.
There’s a private parking spot in the yard, which is convenient.
Unfortunately, the heat inside the room was unbearable.
The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to relax or sleep properly.
I reached out to the staff, but they couldn’t help – it was clear that the issue was beyond them and comes from poor management or an unresponsive owner.
This kind of neglect is unacceptable, especially during summer.
I even tried to switch rooms, but they didn’t allow it.
The place looks nice at first, but staying here in hot weather is a mistake.
I don’t recommend this accommodation during warm months – it’s not worth the discomfort.
