The windows and the balcony door weren't closing properly and we could hear the wind the hole night, the oven was dirty.

The people in charge are amazing. The apartment is beautiful and big. You have all you need. Very close a great mall with all the facilities and full of restaurants.
I was traveling with my car, so it was perfect to have private a parking spot.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. We got bigger appartment for the same price and our kids had separate beds which was the bonus. The building is modern and you can have parking in the garage under the building (but you have to reserve it in advance). Metro station close to the appartment.
Did not reserve the parking in advance and had to leave the car in the shoping center garage.

location was good, room and beds were comfortable has a nice balcony.
Getting the keys to the room is kind of a pain. You have to go to their reception area in a mall next door, If you have a lot of luggage is a pain because it is a pretty far walk with luggage.

Very clean and very lovely apartment. Next to a shopping mall where you could eat, entertain and park the car.
In the bathroom there was soap. Maybe a shampoo and tooth paste would be handy too, to have in the apartment.

Location was great, clean and spacious. Washer machine was super convenience. Parking was also a plus.
The reservation didn’t specify about check-in office located inside the mall which was very frustrating. Also the bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and noisy.

The location was good. I arrived at the reception with 5 minutes to spare only and the receptionist was really welcoming.
The apartment I got was slightly less appealing than what the photos showed. No wiew from my unit. We didn't use one of the bunk beds (top one) as it didn't feel totally safe.

It is spacious the staff are helpful, and both check in and check out were smooth
Very basic, very humid inside the apartment our belonging were all damp and humid, kitchen facilities were not used much as we didn't find what we needed but fulfilled our basic needs. Smell throughout the stay especially bathrooms. If you need something basic and just a roof on your head, then this is right place.

Near to Bicocca Village Mall, the space of apartment was good for whole family the staff very kind and friendly, i liked the parking very safe.
No microwave, the bathroom the water not draining well. Household utensils are limited in number.

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation. Place was clean.
Wi-Fi didn't work. The apartment was very warm and the thermostat controls were locked so we couldn't turn on the AC.
