Disappointing
The hotel was generally clean, and the facilities were decent for a short stay. The room was okay, and the environment felt safe and quiet.
Be very careful with hidden charges. I was asked to pay a city tax at check-in, which was unexpectedly high compared to the room price. This made the stay feel overpriced and unfair, especially since I arrived late at night and was too tired to look for another hotel.

Good communication, free gated parking lot across the street, good for a one night no frills stay on your way in or out of Milan if you have a car (not a nice area to hang out just a place to rest your head) and they gave us breakfast to go because we were going to miss the included continental breakfast!
Could hear people in other rooms, free breakfast started late on weekends, not an area you want to hang out

The cleanliness was the only thing that was four ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The bedding and towels were spotless,we asked for softer pillows as the ones we had were like bricks staff were on point with our request and duly delivered beautifully soft pillows next day.
The internet service was also very good ?
The hotel claims to be four star I would be pushed to give it two stars the apartment was very dated and badly in need of a coat of paint.
The walls were yellowing and the cabinet doors could do with a wash .
There was no kettle or iron and the hairdryer did not work.
The TV only had Italian channels very poor for a hotel that claims to be four star.
For the price you pay and don't forget you are charged 4.50 euros per person per night it was 30 minutes from city centre by bus or tram, the public service was very good with regular service every 5_10 minutes .
For around £100 per night including taxes to stay at siloe centro shop around for city centre especially to visit all the attractions Milan has to offer.

Wonderful
It was nice having the extra sitting room, big closet and kitchenette. There was also plenty of free parking which is rare in Milan. The breakfast had great variety and they served dinner with good choices. The area was very quiet and good outdoor space.
There was a pool but it didn’t open until June, so that was disappointing.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was satisfactory.
I chose this hotel only because it has swimming pool. I arrived at 17h on saturday afternoon and i learned that the pool is closed from 18h on saturday and the whole sunday. It was really disappointing as i booked only for 1 night!!

Pretty difficult to find arriving in the dark. Staff didn’t speak English (and English is my 2nd language!). Smoking rooms ?. Decor from the seventies. Would not stay again.

There was nothing to like. The hotel was rustic, in the lobby. The apartment had terrible beds, ancient furniture that looked unsafe to even sit. The breakfast was not nice. No choice of food.
The hotel location was in suburbs, not well connected with the public transportation. It is 40 mins from the main train station. The hotel is rustic, the apartment that was given was on 2 floor, ancient furniture, not properly lit, a small window for . The furniture was rustic, the bathroom taps were ancient. The star rating of 4 for this hotel is a lie. It should be rated as 1 star, not worth listing.
