Loved that the property was close to the train and subway station which we used daily for our sightseeing trips.
The beds were hard but maybe that’s a thing in Italy as we experienced this in several VRBO’s during our month long trip in Italy.

Close to the La Spezia train station - very convenient. Everything was clean and well maintained. They serve an excellent breakfast. The staff was very friendly and patient with our broken Italian.
Our room had barely enough walking room around the bed and the room door had to be closed in order to move around. We saw another room that was a bit larger and a different layout on the floor.

Very clean, spacious apartment with well-stocked kitchen and ample closet/storage space. Easy walking access to airport train and bus and local transportation. Stayed during design week and would definitely return.

Spacious apartment with charming retro vibes. The building felt very secure, and the location was convenient.
Some of the furniture was not well maintained. The round dining table was unstable and shook while we were eating.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need to stay comfortably and reception was kind. Also very flexible with earlier check in.
The hair dryer needed replacing and the mattress can be a bit too firm for some people who may not be used to it.

Friendly staff, super safe. It's across the street from a Metro station and less than a 5-minute from the train station and taxi terminal. You can also find the bus stop for taking you to the airport. They provide coffee, cookies, water and juice free of charge. You adjust the thermostat and each room has a separate unit for your comfort.

Everything is within proximity to the station.
The staff did not send me the code in advance. Also, beware that they charge 10 per person per night for a 3-star hotel instead of the recommended 4 per night. For 3 nights, we paid 60 city taxes for 2 persons.
