Good
The apartment is located close proximity to the train station. Most of the offering within the apartment was either good or excellent except the shower facilities.
The bathroom was average. The shower was located on a tiny bath tub which made it very uncomfortable to use spilling water everywhere.

Wonderful
The location is excellent, very close to the metro and train connections, and also convenient for returning a rental car. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had everything we needed.
There is a security guard named Giorgio who was extremely friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that the surrounding area feels a little less pleasant to walk around at night, but overall the location is very convenient.

Exceptional
The apartment exceeded my expectations. Staff greeted us and walked us to our apartment, explaining things and making sure we were settled. The building is beautiful and on a quiet street although very near a bus stop and just a few minutes walk to the train station for distance and metro trains, and the Memoriale della Shoah (museum at the train station.) This would be a wonderful place for a long stay, and if I return to Milan, I would stay there again.
The sofa sleeper didn't have linens ready to use and we didn't realize until late night. As I was traveling with my adult son, we needed both the bedroom and sofa sleeper so I shared some of my linens and he made due. I did not fault the property as we didn't ask for more linens the next day (stayed two nights), but I would recommend that linens for the sofa always be ready in the cabinet. I am sure they would have gone above and beyond to remedy the issue had they known.

Location in the city by Central Station, cleanliness, spaciousness of the apartment, value, kind and helpful staff. We chose to stay here a second time after our initial visit 2 months prior because we like it so much.
The bed was too firm for us.

Walking distance to Centrale station and other subway stations. Super spacious with all the necessary kitchen supplies. Also, you can use the laundry machine and dryer in the basement for free. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Exceptional
The rooms were large and clean. The laundry facility was great. The subway, buses and trams were steps away from the front door. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. My wife and I had need on the road for 10 days (traveling from Greece by ferry and train) and the apartment was a welcome respite in the middle of a month long trip.
