The location is not the best, but if you have something nearby you are travelling for, it makes sense to stay there. The rooms have huge balconys, but you cannot really step on them, the floor was too dirty (I get it is cold already, but could be cleaned). The reception at the checkin didn't mention anything, not even when the breakfast goes etc. Small details can go long ways.

Breakfast is good but could be richer.

The air conditioner was very bad and was only giving off humidity and water droplets.

The breakfast at morning was crowded, probably because of hot season.

The neighborhood

A bit walk to Metro (10-15mins) but it is very safe to walk at night.

Underground garage - a bit scary, old and empty. We rather parked our car at hotel courtyard.

Location, old buildings, and we ordered slippers and we didn’t get any!

The staff. This is my second time at this hotel and both times I had multiple bad experiences with mostly everyone that works there. For some reason they are arrogant. I speak Italian fluently, so it's not a language thing. At check-in, the lady was extremely annoying because my little daughter was not included in the reservation. I explained she sleeps in the bed with us and that I am more than willing to pay whatever additional tax/cost there might be for her. Still, she is rude, says it's a legal thing (it is not). And then right away gives me a room with a king bed + single bed. So wasn't it a legal thing? Why the rudeness? Just charge me whatever you need to charge and act like you work in the hospitality business, not at the immigration office. Then she doesn't allow me to use that bag cart to bring my stuff to my room even though it was just sitting there in the reception and I had like 4 big bags plus 2 smaller volumes. She says she needs to call the guy to do that. Why? Is there a special drivers license needed to handle one of those carts in Italy? Like it's simply out of rudeness and unwillingness to be helpful and to provide a decent service. Then the breakfast. Quality is good, supposedly until 10am. But after 9:15am there is nothing left. Then I ask if they can bring bread fruits and other things and they look away. Ignore. Act like I'm asking then something absurd. Then I walk to the floor manager and lecture her on the absurd of having nothing left with still 30min of breakfast time and a restaurant full of hungry people - see the pictures. All of the sudden food starts appearing out of nowhere. So why do you need a customer to complain about the absurdity of the situation before simply doing what you are being paid to do? Then the first night there was an issue with the AC. Not a big deal but still an issue. I call reception, they tried to reset it, doesn't work.

On June 23, 2025, I checked in at Ramada Milano Hotel around 11:00 PM. I had previously booked and fully paid for a standard room via Booking.com and informed the hotel during the day that I would be arriving late. Upon arrival, I was told that my room had been upgraded to a Family Room. However, after a long journey, I was surprised to find that the bathroom was completely non-functional: • The bath was dirty • The bid and sink were clogged, • Hygiene and cleanliness were not up to expected standards. Since it was already past 11:15 PM, and the issue could not be resolved at that hour, I had to go to bed without taking a shower or even washing my hands and face. We left the hotel early the next morning, and the lack of basic amenities negatively affected our family’s comfort. Although I have stayed in Ramada hotels before, this was by far the worst experience I have had. Therefore, I kindly request a compensation for the inconvenience, either in the form of a refund or an appropriate alternative.

The staff it’s just plain rude.
