Disappointing
The staff who served us during dinner were very kind and attentive, and the reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Our stay at this hotel was fine, but the rooms are not as good as the price we paid would suggest. The room cleaning was done very late, almost towards the end of the day, which was inconvenient. Also, the breakfast was very simple with limited choices. I think there is room for improvement in these areas.

Everything was perfect but then you expect that when you're staying at a Radisson Blu hotel. The restaurant has an amazing buffet that has a great number of choices. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. And the underground parking is a bonus. As far as location, it's a bit of a hike to get to the Dumo, so Uber comes in handy.

Staff (Ismaeel) was very friendly and helpful. He provided all the support that we need for our stay. The hotel is highly recommended and has secure parking as well.
The A/C in one of the room we booked was not functioning properly.

Very modern, loved the lobby and bar and restaurant. The pool didn’t not meet expectations we thought it would be better. The room was excellent we got an upgrade and it was v spacious, good bed, excellent shower although it was a little dusty. The breakfast was ok and the distance from the centre was a little issue but we knew where the hotel was and it was quiet so we were happy with this. Overall would recommend.
