I really liked the staff — they were polite, attentive, and welcoming. It was very nice to receive a room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

got a free Upgrade to the suite, parking is easy to access, hotel easy to find and tram is next to hotel, takes 30minutes with tram 12 to centre
restaurant has bad food, once they even confused my primi - i ordered grilled artichokes and got topinambur, it was cold during night and some french young tourists ruined pool and sauna for us to relax, they were too loud, but nothing the hotel can be pointed at, its a light flooded room during day but at night you will not find anything, they only have indirect light, its coty but not useful

Room was amazing as we got upgraded to a suit. The hotel was lovely pool was great and to be honest everything including the bar was really good. The staff were lovely and always very attentive and helpful. The hotel is about 30 mins by tram from the centre in a calm peaceful suburb which worked for us as we could leave the busy city and be back in 30 mins or 15 ins in a taxi.
Nothing really, the rooms could do with a lick of paint in places but that being picky.
