Good
The swimming pool was lovely and had great opening times, good gym, sauna and plenty of towels.
The breakfast was terrible and very overpriced.

Disappointing
The building was old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was outdated, with mould visible in several places. Even the “new” towels had makeup stains on them. The washbasin drain was faulty, making it difficult for the water to drain properly. Overall, the room was not clean and certainly wasn’t worth the money.

We were surprised with an upgrade. There was a personalized welcome letter and a gift. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located in a residential area, but the access to tram and train is close by.

Staff were amazing and gave us an upgrade for our anniversary which was beautiful. The rooms were specious and had a kettle, coffee machine and teas.
Location is questionable and staff even advised we didn’t leave our car parked outside the hotel as it wouldn’t be as safe. I suppose everywhere has its rougher areas and it’s not always a bad thing. We never experienced anything bad but just a pre-warning. It’s also quite far from Milan centre, with it being around a 45 minute drive. We also realised that it had a clean air zone which at home we just pay the fee, whereas here, you get fined. There’s also an ‘Area C’ charge where Euro 6’s are not permitted so again you get fined. Just one to watch out for as unfortunately we didn’t realise this.

Pleasant
Receptionist was excellent. Bed was good.
Pool area was not nice at all and is misrepresented by the photos. Lobby bar food options are very limited and low quality.
