The indoor swimming pool was cold unfortunately and that ruined my plans and if i know i will not book hotel with spa

Our room was clean and spacious, just what was needed for a 5 night stay. Breakfast was plentiful, with the option to order omelettes, fresh berries etc. We chose to have a later breakfast due to number of guests / delegates in the restaurant between 7:30 and 9:00am. Given the number of guest in the hotel it was a calm and quiet stay.

Cleanliness, the facility is so clean. i liked it especially the bathroom. I really need to go back when i get my holiday. I miss the confortable bed.

Our group didnt feel safe during stay at the hotel. The staff opened the door at night without permission.

the room was good and okay for what i paid for.
The staff was terrible. At check in they were very rude. My friend forgot his jacket and they way staff responded when we called them after leaving was terrible. Would never go back.

Front desk gal checked us in and was super pleasant and welcoming. I live in hotels 75% of my time and more than half don’t greet or care and show that clearly!! 5 star service
Liked everything but room 930 has a mosquito problem I think thru vents and we got bite but even in sharing that at checkout that gal was considerate and caring!! 5 star service
