Wonderful
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. I love the cozy lounge and the coffee. The breakfast spread was impressive for a boutique hotel.
The location of this hotel is also conveniently located just tucked away from an alley off the major shopping street Via Dante. About 10-min walk from Milan Cadorna Station - where I took the train directly from Malpensa Airport.

The property is nicely designed, and each room is unique. The staff was amazing, especially Sabrina. They have both a happy hour and breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was massive and had everything one could possibly want, including dessert!

Perfect location, surprisingly large and comfortable room, beautifully decorated. Modern room in a classical building. The staff was very helpful and kind and let us leave luggage for as long as we wanted. Feeling of generosity, from breakfast, to happy hour in the lounge, coffee and cookies in the room, to umbrellas and general kindness of the staff.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was fabulous! Our suite was beautiful, immaculately clean, well-kept and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had windows overlooking a charming street. Although the street was noisy, the windows were heavy and good at keeping the noise in. The shower in our room was heavenly! I hope we can return again and thank the staff for such a lovely experience.
Our only concerns were that there either wasn't air conditioning or it didn't work in our room (I recognize that is common in Europe but I just wasn't expecting it in the hotel), and they had a bad blow dryer that didn't seem to work properly. However, those things were minor - the staff was incredible and accommodating, and I'm sure they would have gotten us a different blow dryer had I asked!

Great location, very central and easy to walk anywhere or to take the metro. Rooms are spacious but you can hear noise from other rooms. It’s a small hotel, very nice old elevator but means you just take the stairs. Breakfast is nice.
The decor could be better, the space has the potential.

The hotel's location is truly supreme, Sabrina. The best thing is the breakfast, ok but not great, although the coffee is very good and the room is ok.
