This was new concept for me, but for friends 35 (gay man) & 50 yrs (straight woman), absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was amazing, young staff but very nice and hard working

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - close to the Duomo and very good restaurants. Colorful rooms and modern (young-ish) atmosphere. No plastic cards as keys - they use the app to open the doors and in elevators. You get one free drink!
Remember that it is s hostel. The rooms are small, there was a kitchen next to our room - one evening there wad a loud crowd there and strong fried garlic smell that penetrated inside our room. Every evening there are concerts in the bar til 01 am. We heard them on the 3rd floor. There was quite cold in the room. The air conditioner kept switching to cooling and it was impossible to control it from our room. Recommend to eat breakfast at some other place: very few things to choose from and it smells chlorine in the bar in the morning. If you are a student, you will most likely enjoy it.

- Bar on the ground floor was too loud on saturday night – impossible to sleep until 1 a.m.

The room was cold even though I turned on the AC and the location of the room was poor - right on the street so I heard every single thing - the tram, people partying till late. Mind the location of the room.

The property was very clean, staff were helpful and warm and welcoming.
The property provided many free things including coffee, tea and fruit as well as luggage storage before check in.

It was in a great location and it offers a nice sense of community. The staff is very friendly and happy to assist you. It offers some free stuff like coffee, water, fruit etc and the common areas are very nicely decorated.
I felt the cleanliness could have been a bit better, likely due to the mostly student crowd staying there. It also wasn’t ideal having only one bathroom shared among eight people.
