One of best hostel I stayed. Staff was really kind and well professional. Unlike other places Duomo provided fee welcome drink + unlimited food with self cooking facility. Room , toilets and cloths were super clean and lot of things to do , all arrangements are done easily hang around .

This is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!
First of all, the location is amazing — very central, easy to reach both the city center and the train station.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the setup gave a real sense of personal space: each bed had a curtain, a personal lamp, and charging sockets. Everything was perfectly thought out for comfort.
The showers were big and clean, and there were never any queues or issues.
One of the things that really surprised me was that on the verandas, they always had free snacks, fruits, coffee, tea, and water available — it was such a nice touch!
But what impressed me the most was the kitchen. It was incredibly spacious and, honestly, the cleanest hostel kitchen I have ever seen.
They offered free pasta, pasta sauces, spices, vegetables, fruits, and sweets — you could easily cook a full meal without needing to buy anything. It really showed how much they care about their guests.
Also, every evening they organized different activities — dinners, games, parties. The atmosphere was super friendly and welcoming.
Overall, this place left the warmest impressions. I would highly recommend it!

Best hostel I've been so far!!!
The location ist perfect for sightseeing or to start exploring the city. It's very close to Duomo and there you also have access to the metro.
There is always someone at the reception to welcome or help you and the whole staff is extremely welcoming, helpful, kind and lovely.
The dorms are awesome - there's enough space, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is also great. If you need privacy, there are curtains hanging in front of each bed, making it even better.
There's a terrace on the top floor to relax or you can use the wonderful lobby, which is always occupied by someone of the staff and you get a welcome drink when checking in.
Finishing it off, I met some great people in that hostel.
To sum up, it has been a wonderful stay at Ostello Bello Duomo and I can 100% recommend this to you all.

Really comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great staff.
It’s really noisy. I stayed two nights & hardly slept.. there are a lot of drunk people in the rooms, the walls are thin… plus the fire door slams throughout the night and shakes the first floor, might be better on higher floors.

Very Noisy.
Noise from the street due to basic windows in terms of isolation.
We did not managed to sleep during 3 nights.
Our neighbours were smashing doors all night long and loud talking just outside our door.
On the third night we were woken up several times from an alarm (smoke detectors, lift ?)...
Very basic bathroom....
