The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful! The hostel was clean and organised, and had everything I needed
Potentially an additional curtain on the end of the bunk, however this was easily adapted to with a sheet

Staff are helpful. The kitchen facility is good and well staffed. Coffee, tea, and cold water are available.
The room and the bathroom are small and not cleaned daily.

The staff was very friendly, the bedsheets were super clean.
I couldn´t sleep for the time I was there. It was the other guest that were just too loud the entire time. It's a place for younger people, now I know.

I loved how familiar were the people like ALL the time, i met such an amazing people at there, Ostello is a place to feel like home away from home, such incredible stories and different people to met, cultures to learn,definitely one of my favourite places in Europe!
