Absolutely brilliant place to stay, the staff were so lovely, friendly and happy to help. The atmosphere in the bar area was great and the private room was worth every penny. The decor was lovely and the bed was HUGE!!!!

In addition to the great location - one minute walk from the main entrance of the Grand Central Station - the place is like an oasis of friendliness and relaxation. It's mostly a hostel with shared rooms, but my private room was very nice - basic but neat, and with a gorgeous huge private garden terrace! Every evening there is live music, concerts and happenings, there are game rooms and an indoor garden plus the bar has probably the best prices in Milan. Everything has a relaxed vintage charm. Also, the kitchen is very good and affordable. Add to this the staff that really connects to you and makes you feel welcome, and you get a place you definitely want to return to!
Only one thing - there are too many different codes to use in order to access the hotel, the stairs, the lift. But I suppose it's kind of a welcome brain workout. :)

The hostel was social and held many events to get everyone to meet
Our bathroom had no look on the door and when we went to reception about it they said they would fix it, when we came back in the afternoon we still had no lock on our bathroom door and reception did nothing about it. Our room was dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable with holes in the sheets.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has some amazing common spaces, including open roof terrace, coworking space, relax zones...
The metal lockers are a bit inconvenient, as you would always wake everyone up if you are the last one to get ready for bed. They are very loud.
