Ideal location for a quick stop - right beside Central Station, and all the buses that go to the various airports. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, great food in-house.

Let's start with the good: the staff is wonderful! smiling, helpful, attentive, all were, present and working. Everyone was nice and efficient. I don't even know who volunteers and who works. Amazing!
The location - convenient and easy to get everywhere. Although noisy, and not beautiful...
The hotel was problematic. The room was not comfortable, there was a leak in the wall, which made noise and was disturbing. (It didn't wet the room...), I told the staff and the person in charge arrived within three minutes!!, looked, understood, and said she would pass it on to the management, but they don't fix things like that ☹. The walls are really thin, I heard everything that happened in the neighboring rooms, and sometimes it was really noisy there, until late at night. There were also events in the lobby, (cute!) but very noisy until midnight... The kitchen was far away! (6th floor). This should be written in the advertisement! It only said that there was an accessible kitchen, but not how accessible it was... It was clean and had everything you need, but as mentioned - far away. I needed an elevator that was small and uncomfortable, to have a cup of tea ☹.
Everything works with codes, which makes sense. But they didn't always work. I found myself standing in the elevator trying to activate the code board. And a few times I couldn't get into my room. (Every time someone from the staff noticed and just came to help, I didn't even have to ask

Location was great, close to the station (the reason why I picked).
Breakfast was good, roommastes we're calm and I was able to sleep, the temperature in the room was more than enough.
Can't say, I don't have anything to complain about.

The vibe of the hostel was really good as well as all the amenities, including free food.

Absolutely loved my stay.They offer excellent services, and the location is perfect peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. The environment is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the thoughtful touches like the welcome drink and the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience in reasonable price.
